Claims (14)
- 流体リザーバと、流体ポンプと、流体作動装置と、方向制御バルブと、バイパスバルブアセンブリと、電子制御ユニットとを含み、
前記方向制御バルブが、流体ポンプと流体連通する流体入口ポートと、流体リザーバと流体連通する流体出口ポートと、流体作動装置と流体連通する第1制御ポートと、流体作動装置と流体連通する第2制御ポートとを有しており、前記流体入口ポートと前記流体出口ポートとの間を流体連通するニュートラル位置を有しており、
前記バイパスバルブアセンブリが、スプリングキャビティを有するポペットバルブアセンブリと、スプリングキャビティと流体リザーバとの間で選択的に流体連通するドレインバルブとを含む流体システムにおいて、前記バイパスバルブアセンブリを作動させる方法であって、
前記流体ポンプおよび前記流体作動装置と流体連通する前記方向制御バルブの作動位置と関連する第1入力信号と、前記流体ポンプの回転速度と関連する第2入力信号とを前記電子制御ユニットに出力し、
前記電子制御ユニットにより、前記第2入力信号とリミットを比較し、方向制御バルブが動作位置にある状態で前記第2入力信号がリミットよりも小さい場合に、バイパスバルブアセンブリのドレインバルブを閉位置に作動させる電気信号を前記ドレインバルブに出力して、ポペットバルブアセンブリのポペットバルブを着座位置に流動的にロックし、バイパスバルブアセンブリを通る流体ポンプと流体リザーバとの間の流体連通をブロックする
流体システムのバイパスバルブアセンブリを作動させる方法。 - 第2入力信号がエンジン速度に関連する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2入力信号が車のCANバスネットワークから供給される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 流体作動装置がリニアアクチュエータである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流体リザーバと、
該流体リザーバと流体連通している流体ポンプと、
該流体ポンプと選択的に流体連通する流体作動装置と、
前記流体ポンプと流体連通する流体入口ポートと、前記流体リザーバと流体連通する流体出口ポートと、前記流体作動装置と流体連通する第1制御ポートと、前記流体作動装置と流体連通する第2制御ポートとを有しており、前記流体入口ポートが前記流体出口ポートと流体連通されるニュートラル位置を含む方向制御バルブと、
前記流体ポンプと前記方向制御バルブの流体入口ポートとの間を流体連通する第1流路と、
該第1流路と平行に配置され、前記流体ポンプと前記流体リザーバとを流体連通する第2流路と、
該第2流路に配置され、前記流体ポンプと前記流体リザーバとの間を選択的に流体連通し、ドレインバルブとスプリングキャビティを有するポペットバルブアセンブリとを含んでおり、前記ドレインバルブが、前記スプリングキャビティと前記流体リザーバとの間で選択的に流体連通させるバイパスバルブアセンブリと、
該バイパスバルブアセンブリのドレインバルブを作動させる電気信号を前記ドレインバルブに出力する電子制御ユニットと、
流体の一部を前記流体ポンプの流体出口から前記流体ポンプの流体入口に選択的に循環させるオーバースピード制御機能を有するオーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリとを備えた流体システムにおいて、前記オーバースピード制御機能を作動させる方法であって、
前記流体ポンプの回転速度に関連する入力信号を前記電子制御ユニットで受け取って前記入力信号をリミットと比較し、
前記入力信号が前記リミットよりも大きい場合に、前記オーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリのオーバースピード制御機能を活動状態にして、オーバースピード制御機能が流体の一部を前記流体ポンプの流体出口から前記流体ポンプの流体入口に循環させて、前記バイパスバルブアセンブリのドレインバルブの位置を査定してドレインバルブを開位置に作動させる流体システムのオーバースピード制御機能を作動させる方法。 - 入力信号が、車のCANバスネットワークから供給される請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、ドレインバルブを開位置に作動させる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- オーバースピード制御機能が活動する前に、ドレインバルブが開位置に作動される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 流体リザーバと、
該流体リザーバと流体連通している流体ポンプと、
該流体ポンプと流体連通している流体入口ポートと、前記流体リザーバと流体連通している流体出口ポートと、第1および第2制御ポートとを有しており、前記流体入口ポートが前記流体出口ポートと流体連通するニュートラル位置を含む方向制御バルブと、
前記方向制御バルブの第1および第2制御ポートと流体連通している流体作動装置と、
前記流体ポンプと前記方向制御バルブの流体入口ポートとの間を流体連通する第1流路と、
該第1流路と平行に配置され、前記流体ポンプと前記流体リザーバとの間を流体連通する第2流路と、
第2流路に配置され、流体ポンプと流体リザーバとの間を選択的に流体連通させ、ポペットバルブ、バルブシート、およびスプリングキャビティを有するポペットバルブアセンブリと、スプリングキャビティと流体連通するドレインバルブとを含んでおり、ドレインバルブがスプリングキャビティと流体リザーバとの間で選択的に流体連通させるようになっているバイパスバルブアセンブリと、
流体の一部を前記流体ポンプの流体出口から前記流体ポンプの流体入口に選択的に循環させるオーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリと、
前記バイパスバルブアセンブリと前記オーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリとの間を電気的に連通する電子制御ユニットと
を備えた、流体システム。 - 前記方向制御バルブがニュートラル位置以外の場合に、前記電子制御ユニットが、前記スプリングキャビティと前記流体リザーバとの間の流体連通をブロックする信号を前記ドレインバルブに供給するものである、請求項9に記載の流体システム。
- 前記バイパスバルブアセンブリが開位置で、前記流体ポンプの回転速度がリミットを越えている場合に、前記電子制御ユニットが前記オーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリに信号を供給する、請求項9に記載の流体システム。
- 前記電子制御ユニットが、前記方向制御バルブの作動位置に関連する第1入力信号と、前記流体ポンプの回転速度に関連する第2入力信号とを受け取る、請求項9に記載の流体システム。
- 前記第2入力信号が車のCANバスネットワークによって供給される請求項12に記載の流体システム。
- 前記第1入力信号がセンサによって供給される請求項12に記載の流体システム。
