Description
Claims (20)
- 流体システムのバイパス制御バルブアセンブリを作動させる方法であって、
第1入力信号が、流体ポンプおよび流体作動装置と流体連通する方向制御バルブの作動位置と関連しており、方向制御バルブが、方向制御バルブの流体入口ポートと方向制御バルブの流体出口ポートとの間を流体連通するニュートラル位置を有しており、第1入力信号を電子制御ユニットで受け取り、
第2入力信号が、流体ポンプの回転速度と関連しており、第2入力信号を電子制御ユニットで受け取り、
第2入力信号をリミットと比較し、
方向制御バルブが動作位置にある状態で前記入力信号がリミットよりも小さい場合に、バイパスバルブアセンブリのドレンバルブを作動させて、バイパスバルブアセンブリを通る流体ポンプと流体リザーバとの間の流体連通をブロックする
流体システムのバイパス制御バルブアセンブリを作動させる方法。 - 第2入力信号がエンジン速度に関連する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2入力信号が車のCANバスネットワークから供給される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記バイパスバルブアセンブリが、スプリングキャビティを有するポペットバルブアセンブリと、スプリングキャビティと流体リザーバとの間で選択的に流体連通するドレンバルブとを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電子制御ユニットからの電子信号がドレンバルブを閉位置に作動させて、ポペットバルブアセンブリのポペットバルブが着座位置に流動的にロックされる請求項4に記載の方法。
- 流体作動装置がリニアアクチュエータである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流体リザーバと、
流体リザーバと流体連通している流体ポンプと、
流体ポンプと選択的に流体連通する流体作動装置と、
流体ポンプと流体連通する流体入口ポートと、流体リザーバと流体連通する流体出口ポートと、流体作動装置と流体連通する第1制御ポートと、流体作動装置と流体連通する第2制御ポートとを有しており、流体入口ポートが流体出口ポートと流体連通されるニュートラル位置を含む方向制御バルブとを備えた流体システムのオーバースピード制御機能を作動させる方法であって、
流体ポンプの回転速度に関連する入力信号を電子制御ユニットで受け取り、
入力信号をリミットと比較し、
入力信号がリミットよりも大きい場合に、オーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリのオーバースピード制御機構を作動状態にして、オーバースピード制御機構が流体の一部を流体ポンプの流体出口から流体ポンプの流体入口に循環させる、流体システムのオーバースピード制御機能を作動させる方法。 - 入力信号が、車のCANバスネットワークから供給される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 流体システムが、さらに、
流体ポンプと方向制御バルブの流体入口ポートとの間を流体連通する第1流路と、
第1流路と平行に配置され、流体ポンプおよび流体リザーバを流体連通する第2流路と、
第2流路に配置されたバイパスバルブアセンブリとを備えており、
バイパスバルブアセンブリが、流体ポンプと流体リザーバとの間を選択的に流体連通する、請求項7に記載の方法。 - さらに、バイパスバルブアセンブリの位置を査定する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- バイパスバルブアセンブリが、ドレンバルブと、スプリングキャビティを有するポペットバルブアセンブリとを含んでおり、ドレンバルブが、スプリングキャビティと流体リザーバとの間で選択的に流体連通させる請求項10に記載の方法。
- さらに、ドレンバルブを開位置に作動させる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- オーバースピード制御機能が作動する前に、ドレンバルブが開位置に作動される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 流体リザーバと、
流体リザーバと流体連通している流体ポンプと、
流体ポンプと流体連通している流体入口ポートと、流体リザーバと流体連通している流体出口ポートと、第1および第2制御ポートと、流体入口ポートが流体出口ポートと流体連通するニュートラル位置を含む方向制御バルブと、
方向制御バルブの第1および第2制御ポートと流体連通している流体作動装置と、
流体ポンプと方向制御バルブの流体入口ポートとの間を流体連通する第1流路と、
第1流路と平行に配置され、流体ポンプおよび流体リザーバを流体連通する第2流路と、
第2流路に配置され、流体ポンプと流体リザーバとの間を選択的に流体連通するバイパスバルブアセンブリと、
流体の一部を流体ポンプの流体出口から流体ポンプの流体入口に選択的に循環させるオーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリと、
バイパスバルブアセンブリおよびオーバースピード制御バルブアセンブリを電気的に連通する電子制御ユニットと
を備えた、流体システム。 - バイパスバルブアセンブリが、
ポペットバルブと、バルブシートと、スプリングキャビティとを有するポペットバルブアセンブリと、
スプリングキャビティと流体連通し、スプリングキャビティと流体リザーバとの間を選択的に流体連通するドレンバルブと
を含む請求項14に記載の流体システム。 - 方向制御バルブがニュートラル位置以外の場合に、電子制御ユニットが、スプリングキャビティと流体リザーバとの間の流体連通をブロックする信号をドレンバルブに供給するものである、請求項15に記載の流体システム。
- バイパスバルブアセンブリが開位置で、流体ポンプの回転速度がリミットを越えている場合に、電子制御ユニットがオーバースピードバルブアセンブリに信号を供給する、請求項14に記載の流体システム。
- 電子制御ユニットが、方向制御バルブの作動位置に関連する第1入力信号と、流体ポンプの回転速度に関連する第2入力信号とを受け取る、請求項14に記載の流体システム。
- 第2入力信号がCANバスネットワークによって供給される請求項18に記載の流体システム。
- 第1入力信号がセンサによって供給される請求項18に記載の流体システム。
