Claims (10)
- 頭部(2)及び軸部(3)を持つ盲鋲素子(1,21)であって、軸部(3)が、頭部(2)から遠い方の端部の範囲に、雌ねじ(4)又はボルト(23)用受入れ部(22)を持ち、かつ雌ねじ(4)又はボルト(23)用受入れ部(22)と頭部(2)との間に変形区域(5)を持ち、頭部(2)が軸部(3)より大きい外径を持っているものにおいて、盲鋲素子(1,21)の変形後に環状降起の形の環状止め頭部(11)を形成するため、軸部(3)が、変形区域(5)の中央の周範囲にのみ、軸部(3)にある複数の穴(7)により、軸部壁(6)の弱体化部を持っており、
穴(7)が軸部(3)を貫通していることを特徴とする、盲鋲素子。 - 軸部(3)が頭部(2)と軸部(3)の雌ねじ(4)又はボルト(23)用受入れ部(22)との間に、一定な内径及び/又は外径を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の盲鋲素子。
- 穴(7)が、軸部縦軸線(8)に対して直角な円面を持つ軸部(3)の周囲円に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の盲鋲素子。
- 少なくとも2つの穴(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の盲鋲素子。
- 穴(7)が、丸い断面を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の盲鋲素子。
- 雌ねじ(4)又はボルト(23)用受入れ部(22)からの弱体化部の距離が、頭部(2)からの距離より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の盲鋲素子。
- 盲鋲素子が金属から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の1つに記載の盲鋲素子。
- 盲鋲素子が、盲鋲ナット(1)又は盲鋲ボルト(21)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1つに記載の盲鋲素子。
- 盲鋲素子(1,21)が部材(9)にある穴(10)へ挿入され、盲鋲素子(1,21)の変形後に形成される盲鋲素子(1,21)の止め頭部(11)が半径方向に部材(9)の凹所(28)に係合する、部材(9)に鋲止めするため請求項1〜8の1つに記載の盲鋲素子(1,21)の使用方法。
- 部材(9)が少なくとも止め頭部(11)の範囲で変形可能に構成され、部材(9)にある凹所(28)が、盲鋲素子(1,21)の据え込みの際形成される止め頭部(11)により形成される、請求項9に記載の使用方法。
