変形例1:空間は雰囲気に通気される。これにより、圧力はいつも1barという標準圧である。
変形例2:空間は気密性があり、ガスに加圧された弾力のように一定の先行圧力(pre-pressure)Poにより実現される。
変形例3:空間は、先行圧力が冷媒システム内の作動圧力に等しくなるように、流入口ラインに接続されている。
変形例4:空間は、補助空間内の先行圧力がリサイクル容器内の作動圧力に等しくなるように、流出口ラインに接続されている。

Claims (11)
- 互いに向かい合って配置され、互いに対して固定された第1のシリンダ部(41)と第2のシリンダ部(42)に自由に案内されるピストン(7)を備えた複動式冷媒圧縮機において、
前記ピストン(7)は、内部に延びて前記ピストン(7)を貫通する流路(8)を有し、
個々の前記シリンダ部(41,42)と前記ピストン(7)とはそれぞれ、前記流路(8)に沿って少なくとも1つの逆流防止バルブ(10,11,12)を有し、
前記第1のシリンダ部(41)、前記第2のシリンダ部(42)、及び前記ピストン(7)は、第1の逆流防止バルブ(10)、第2の逆流防止バルブ(11)、及び第3の逆流防止バルブ(12)をそれぞれ備え、
前記第1から第3の逆流防止バルブ(10,11,12)は、流れる方向が一方向となるように配置され、
前記第1の逆流防止バルブ(10)は、前記ピストン(7)が前記第2のシリンダ部(42)に向けて移動したときに、媒体の前記第1のシリンダ部(41)への流入を許容するように構成されると共に、前記ピストン(7)が前記第1のシリンダ部(41)へ向けて移動したときに、前記媒体の前記第1のシリンダ部(41)への流入を許容しないように構成されている、複動式冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記ピストン(7)と前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)とは回転対称に形成され、
前記第1から第3の逆流防止バルブ(10,11,12)と前記流路(8)とは、前記ピストン(7)と前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)との中心長手方向軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)は、前記ピストン(7)の一領域に前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)の外側から自由にアクセスされるように、互いに間隔を隔てていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)と前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)の個々との間には、それぞれ圧縮可能な作用空間が、前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)の個々の前記第1及び第2の逆流防止バルブ(10,11)、および前記ピストン(7)の前記第3の逆流防止バルブ(10,11,12)に近接して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)は、一方の端面に低圧圧縮面を有し、反対側の端面に前記低圧圧縮面よりも小さな高圧圧縮面を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)の前記第3の逆流防止バルブは、前記高圧圧縮面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)は、前記低圧圧縮面と前記高圧圧縮面との間に、低圧圧縮作用空間(4)を形成する前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)と共に補助空間(5)を形成する補助圧縮面を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記第1及び第2のシリンダ部(41,42)の少なくとも1つが、前記ピストン(7)内を逆ピストン(23)として案内されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)は、反対方向に作用する2つのソレノイドにより非接触方式で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)は、クランクの駆動により偏心案内装置(61)を介して案内されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン(7)には、前記ピストン(7)を駆動する回転駆動部(71)の突出部(72)に係合する8の字形の滑動用軌道(73)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の複動式冷媒圧縮機。
