Claims (2)
- ヘリウムを含む測定対象ガス中に不純物として存在する水素の濃度を、金属酸化物を検出素子とした半導体センサを検出器として用いた可燃性ガス測定用のガスクロマトグラフで測定する方法において、前記ガスクロマトグラフのキャリアガスとして、ヘリウムと酸素とを混合したヘリウム/酸素混合ガスを用いる水素の分析方法。
- 前記ヘリウム/酸素混合ガスにおける酸素の混合量は、15〜35体積%の範囲である請求項1記載の水素の分析方法。
