Claims (4)
- 少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体から成り、前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、複合均一相系として形成されているか、又は、少なくとも1層の複合均一相と、少なくとも1層の単一相とから成る層状相系として形成されている、バクテリア合成ナノセルロース(BNC)に基づく多相生体材料。
- バクテリア合成ナノセルロース(BNC)に基づく多相生体材料の製造方法であって、一緒に又は別々に調製された少なくとも2種の異なるセルロース産生バクテリア株から共通の培地で数種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体を合成する製造方法であり、少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリア株を選択することと、これらバクテリア株を調製し接種することと、合成条件を選択することと、により該多相生体材料のBNC構造とBNC特性が規定される製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるセルロース産生バクテリア株は、互いに独立して調製されてから合一されて共合成に付されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるセルロース産生バクテリア株は、共合成をするための接種の前に合一されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
