Claims (9)
- 少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体から成る、バクテリア合成ナノセルロース(BNC)に基づく多相生体材料。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、分子構造において異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多相生体材料。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、超分子構造において異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多相生体材料。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、複合均一相系(1)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多相生体材料。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、独立した単一相(2、3)が互いにしっかりと結合した層状相系として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多相生体材料。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、少なくとも1層の複合均一相(1)と、少なくとも1層の単一相(2、3)とから成る層状相系として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4及び5に記載の多相生体材料。
- バクテリア合成ナノセルロース(BNC)に基づく多相生体材料の製造方法であって、一緒に又は別々に調製された少なくとも2種の異なるセルロース産生バクテリア株から共通の培地で数種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体を合成する製造方法において、少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリア株を選択することと、これらバクテリア株を調製し接種することと、合成条件に影響を与えることと、により該多相生体材料のBNC構造とBNC特性が規定される製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、互いに独立して調製されてから合一されて共合成に付されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2種のバクテリアセルロース網目構造体は、共合成をするための接種の前に合一されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
