Description
なお当然ながら本発明に係るフルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末には必要に応じて通常用いられる顔料等を適宜配合することもできる。
フルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末I,II及びIIIの配合を表1に示す。
実施例及び比較例のフルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末0.34gに市販のグラスアイオノマーセメント硬化液(商品名:フジIXGPエクストラの液,株式会社ジーシー製)0.1gの割合で混合してグラスアイオノマーセメント組成物の硬化体を得た。
セメント硬化体の耐水性・耐酸性をJIS T6609−1の酸溶解性試験に基づいて評価した。練和後の歯科用セメント組成物を、直径5mm、深さ2mmの孔が設けられたポリメチルメタクリレート製の型に填入し、フィルムを介して圧接した後に、37℃、相対湿度100%の恒温槽に24時間放置した。その後、セメント硬化体表面を型と一体のままで注水下耐水研磨紙#1200によって研磨を行い平坦にし、セメント硬化体表面とその反対側の面の初期厚さを測定した。この試験片を37℃の0.1mol/Lの乳酸/乳酸ナトリウム緩衝溶液(pH2.74)中に24時間浸漬させた後、同様に厚さを測定し、その減少量を評価した。
練和後のセメントを金属型に填入して直径15mm×厚さ0.5mmの硬化体を得た。練和開始から10分後に測色計(Spectrophotmeter CM−3610d,ミノルタ社製)を使用して白背景及び黒背景をそれぞれ測定した。CIE−L*a*b*表色系でのL*(black)、L*(white)を算出しΔL=L*(white)−L*(black)を透明性の指標とした。
Claims (3)
- ランタン化合物を含む水溶液とランタンを含まないフルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末とを混合した後、加熱して、ポリカルボン酸と水との存在下で溶出するランタン化合物が表層にのみ存在するフルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末を製造する方法。
- ランタン化合物として水溶性のランタン化合物を使用する請求項1に記載のフルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末を製造する方法。
- 水溶性のランタン化合物として、硝酸ランタン水溶液及び/又は塩化ランタン水溶液を使用する請求項2に記載のフルオロアルミノシリケートガラス粉末を製造する方法。
