Claims (2)
- 金属材と合成樹脂製のケースとを備えて構成された本体部に、第1の部位と第2の部位とが設けられているバスバーモジュールにおいて、
第1のヒンジ部を介して前記本体部のケースに直接的もしは間接的につながっている第1のヒンジカバーと、
第2のヒンジ部を介して前記本体部のケースに直接的もしは間接的につながっている第2のヒンジカバーと、
第3のヒンジ部を介して前記本体部のケースに直接的もしは間接的につながっている第3のヒンジカバーと、
を有し、前記各ヒンジカバーと前記各ヒンジ部とは、合成樹脂製であり、前記本体部のケースと一体成形されており、
前記一体成形がされたままの初期状態では、前記本体部のケースと前記各ヒンジカバーと前記各ヒンジ部とにアンダーカット部が非存在であり、
前記第2のヒンジカバーを前記第2のヒンジ部で所定の角度だけ曲げることで、前記第2のヒンジカバーの少なくとも一部の部位が前記第1の部位を覆い、
前記第1のヒンジカバーを前記第1のヒンジ部で所定の角度だけ曲げ、前記第3のヒンジカバーを前記第3のヒンジ部で所定の角度だけ曲げることで、前記第3のヒンジカバーの少なくとも一部の部位が前記第2の部位を覆うように構成されており、
前記第2のヒンジカバーが前記第2のヒンジ部を介して前記本体部のケースにつながっており、
前記第1のヒンジカバーが前記第1のヒンジ部を介して前記第2のヒンジカバーにつながっており、
前記第3のヒンジカバーが前記第3のヒンジ部を介して前記第1のヒンジカバーにつながっていることを特徴とするバスバーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のバスバーモジュールにおいて、
前記初期状態では、前記第1のヒンジ部における直線状の曲げ線と前記第2のヒンジ部における直線状の曲げ線とはお互いが平行に延伸しており、前記第3のヒンジ部における直線状の曲げ線が、前記第1のヒンジ部における直線状の曲げ線と直交していることを特徴とするバスバーモジュール。
