Claims (12)
- スプール弁(1)であって、ハウジング(2)を有しており、該ハウジング(2)内に少なくとも2つの接続孔(4,5,23)が形成されていて、これらの接続孔(4,5,23)がスライド通路(3)内に開口しており、スライド通路(3)内で軸方向に移動可能なスプール(8)を有しており、該スプール(8)が少なくとも2つのガイド区分(9,10,24)と、貫流横断面を開閉するための少なくとも1つの制御縁(14,27)とを有しており、前記接続孔のうちの第1の接続孔(4)が消費器に作用接続可能であり、第2の接続孔(5)が圧力源に作用接続可能である形式のものにおいて、
少なくとも1つの前記接続孔(4)が、前記スライド通路(3)を越えて延在する盲孔(6)として構成されており、前記ガイド区分のうちの、前記制御縁(14,27)を有する第1のガイド区分(9)が、前記盲孔(6)に配属されていて、前記第1のガイド区分(9)の外周面に少なくとも1つの環状溝(15)が設けられており、
前記環状溝(15)が前記スプール(8)の各位置において少なくとも部分的に前記盲孔(6)内に位置していることを特徴とする、スプール弁。 - スプール弁(1)であって、ハウジング(2)を有しており、該ハウジング(2)内に少なくとも2つの接続孔(4,5,23)が形成されていて、これらの接続孔(4,5,23)がスライド通路(3)内に開口しており、スライド通路(3)内で軸方向に移動可能なスプール(8)を有しており、該スプール(8)が少なくとも2つのガイド区分(9,10,24)と、貫流横断面を開閉するための少なくとも1つの制御縁(14,27)とを有しており、前記接続孔のうちの第1の接続孔(4)が消費器に作用接続可能であり、第2の接続孔(5)が圧力源に作用接続可能である形式のものにおいて、
少なくとも1つの前記接続孔(4)が、前記スライド通路(3)を越えて延在する盲孔(6)として構成されており、前記ガイド区分のうちの、前記制御縁(14,27)を有する第1のガイド区分(9)が、前記盲孔(6)に配属されていて、前記第1のガイド区分(9)の外周面に少なくとも1つの環状溝(15)が設けられており、
前記第1の接続孔(4)の直径(D)が前記スライド通路(3)の直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、スプール弁。 - 前記第1の接続孔(4)の直径(D)が前記スライド通路(3)の直径よりも大きい、請求項1記載のスプール弁。
- 前記スプール(8)内に圧力補償通路(18)が形成されており、該圧力補償通路(18)は、前記第1の接続孔(4)に配属され、かつ前記環状溝(15)内に開口する少なくとも1つの半径方向孔(19)と、前記スプール(8)の端部側の端面(21)から前記半径方向孔(19)に通じる軸方向孔(20)とを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
- 前記スプール(8)の軸方向孔(20)が、前記ハウジング(2)の、端面(21)に配属された室(22)内に開口している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
- 前記軸方向孔(20)内にピン(32)が軸方向に移動可能に配置されていて、該ピン(32)の一端部が前記ハウジング(2)と協働する、請求項5記載のスプール弁。
- 第1の接続孔(4)が盲孔(6)として構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
- 前記ハウジング(2)が第3の接続孔(23)を有していて、該第3の接続孔(23)が低圧部に作用接続可能であり、該第3の接続孔(23)が、軸方向で見て、前記第1の接続孔(4)の、前記第2の接続孔(5)と反対側に位置している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
- 前記低圧部が、液圧タンクである、請求項8記載のスプール弁。
- 前記スプール(8)の第1のガイド区分(9)が、第2のガイド区分(10)と第3のガイド区分(24)との間に配置されていて、別の貫流横断面を開閉するための第2の制御縁(27)を有しており、該第2の制御縁(27)が第1の接続孔(4)と協働する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
- 前記スプール(8)が前記ガイド区分(9,10,24)間にそれぞれ1つの、直径の減径された接続区分(11,25)を有しており、これらの接続区分(11,25)がそれぞれ少なくとも部分的に、スプール(8)の各位置において第2の接続孔若しくは第3の接続孔(5,23)の領域内に位置している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
- 前記スプール弁(1)が、自動車のオートマチックトランスミッションを制御するために設けられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のスプール弁。
