Description

[項12]添加物の水溶液(2)を微粒子材料(3)中へ注入するための方法であって、前記溶液は、微粒子材料を輸送するコンベア(4)の幅の少なくとも一部にわたって制御される流速を伴って重力の影響下で注がれる、方法。
[項13]前記溶液が前記微粒子材料上にわたって滴下される[項12]に記載の方法。
[項14]前記溶液は、前記ベルトコンベア(4)へ向けて傾けられる出口(11)の列を有する分配器(5)から注がれる[項12]または[項13]に記載の方法。
[項15]前記微粒子材料は、塩、好ましくは塩化ナトリウムまたは塩化カリウムであり、前記添加物が非粘結剤であり、前記塩の輸送速度および前記溶液の流速は、塩の1トン当たり0.05〜5リットルの混合比を得るように調整される[項12]、[項13]、または、[項14]に記載の方法。
[項16]前記非粘結剤は、フェロシアン化鉄およびメソ酒石酸鉄を備えるグループから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を備える[項15]に記載の方法。
Claims (5)
- 添加物の水溶液(2)を微粒子材料(3)中へ注入するための方法であって、前記溶液は、微粒子材料を輸送するコンベア(4)の幅の少なくとも一部にわたって制御される流速を伴って重力の影響下で注がれ、
前記微粒子材料は、塩であり、前記添加物が非粘結剤であり、前記塩の輸送速度および前記溶液の流速は、塩の1トン当たり0.05〜5リットルの混合比を得るように調整される、方法。 - 前記溶液が前記微粒子材料上にわたって滴下される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、前記コンベア(4)へ向けて傾けられる出口(11)の列を有する分配器(5)から注がれる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記非粘結剤は、フェロシアン化鉄およびメソ酒石酸鉄を備えるグループから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塩が、塩化ナトリウムまたは塩化カリウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
