Description
例えば、粘着層の材料として、粘着剤とこれに対して難溶性の添加剤との混合物を使用した偽造防止ラベルがある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。この偽造防止ラベルは、有機溶剤を使用して剥離した場合、粘着剤及び添加剤の有機溶剤に対する溶け易さの相違に起因して、粘着層の表面に凹凸を生じる。
第6側面に係るラベルは、第1乃至第5側面の何れか1つに係るラベルのうち、前記中空体が壊されることによって第1波長における光散乱層の透過率が高まるものである。
光吸収層15は、第1波長の光を吸収する。具体的には、光吸収層15の第1波長における吸収率は、ラベル1の製造直後における光散乱層12の第1波長における吸収率及び光学機能層13の第1波長における吸収率と比較してより大きい。第1波長の光に対する光吸収層15の吸収率は、例えば70%以上であり、典型的には90%以上である。
図6は、図1及び図2に示すラベルの一変形例を概略的に示す平面図である。図7は、図6に示すラベルのVII−VII線に沿った断面図である。
図9に示す粘着ラベル10は、図1及び図2を参照しながら説明したラベル1と、粘着層2とを含んでいる。粘着層2は、ラベル1の背面上に設けられている。
図1及び図2を参照しながら説明したラベル1を、以下の方法により製造した。
ローペイク OP−84J (ダウ・ケミカル社製) 25質量部
アクリルエマルジョンポリマー 12.5質量部
水 30質量部
[インキBの組成]
近赤外線吸収色素 YKR−3081(山本化成工業製) 5質量部
FDカルトンACEメジウム(東洋インキ製造社製) 95質量部
このようにして得られたラベル1を、近赤外線波長を透過するバンドパスフィルタを備えたカメラで観察すると、図1に示すような一次元コードを読み取ることができた。
図6及び図7を参照しながら説明したラベル1を、以下の方法により製造した。
ファインスターR181紅 (東洋インキ製造製) 40質量部
ファインスターR235黄 (東洋インキ製造製) 35質量部
ファインスターR31藍 (東洋インキ製造製) 20質量部
YKR−3081(山本化成工業製) 5質量部
このようにして得られたラベル1を、可視光領域の波長を透過するバンドパスフィルタを備えたカメラ1と、近赤外線領域に属する第2波長(850nm)を透過するバンドパスフィルタを備えたカメラ2と、近赤外線領域に属する第1波長(710nm)を透過するバンドパスフィルタを備えたカメラ3とを用いて観察した。
以下に、当初の特許請求の範囲に記載していた発明を付記する。

或る波長の光を透過させる光学機能層と、前記光学機能層と向き合い、前記波長の光を吸収する光吸収層と、前記光学機能層と前記光吸収層との間に介在し、前記波長の光を散乱させる中空体を含んだ光散乱層とを備え、前記光散乱層は、外部からの受熱によって前記波長における透過率が高まるラベル。

前記光散乱層は前記中空体が壊されることによって前記波長における透過率が高まる項1に記載のラベル。

前記波長は赤外線領域内にあり、前記光学機能層は黒色層である項1又は2に記載のラベル。

前記波長は近赤外線領域内にあり、前記光学機能層は、近赤外領域の700乃至800nmの波長域と、近赤外領域の800乃至1500nmの波長域でいずれかの波長の透過率差が10%以上である項3に記載のラベル。

前記光学機能層は、前記光散乱層を間に挟んで前記光吸収層の一部と向き合った着色パターンであり、前記光吸収層は、前記光学機能層と同じ色の着色層である項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のラベル。

前記波長の光を吸収する光吸収パターンを更に備え、前記光吸収パターンは、前記光学機能層と前記光散乱層との間に介在しているか、又は、前記光学機能層を間に挟んで前記光散乱層と向き合っている項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のラベル。

前記光吸収パターンと前記光学機能層とは同じ色である項6に記載のラベル。

項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のラベルと、前記ラベルの前記光吸収層側の主面と向き合った粘着層とを具備した粘着ラベル。

項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のラベルと、
前記ラベルの前記光吸収層側の主面と向き合った印刷基材と、
前記ラベルと前記印刷基材との間に介在して、前記ラベルを前記印刷基材に貼り付けた粘着層と
を具備した印刷物。
Claims (8)
- 或る第1波長の光を透過させる光学機能層と、前記光学機能層と向き合い、前記第1波長の光を吸収する光吸収層と、前記光学機能層と前記光吸収層との間に介在し、前記第1波長の光を散乱させる中空体を含んだ光散乱層とを備え、前記光散乱層は、外部からの受熱によって前記第1波長における透過率が高まり、前記第1波長は赤外線領域内にあり、前記光学機能層は黒色層であるラベル。
- 前記第1波長は近赤外線領域内にあり、前記光学機能層は、前記第1波長における透過率と、近赤外線領域の700乃至800nmの波長域及び近赤外線領域の800乃至1500nmの波長域内のいずれかの第2波長における透過率との差が10%以上である請求項1に記載のラベル。
- 或る第1波長の光を透過させる光学機能層と、前記光学機能層と向き合い、前記第1波長の光を吸収する光吸収層と、前記光学機能層と前記光吸収層との間に介在し、前記第1波長の光を散乱させる中空体を含んだ光散乱層とを備え、前記光散乱層は、外部からの受熱によって前記第1波長における透過率が高まり、前記光学機能層は、前記光散乱層を間に挟んで前記光吸収層の一部と向き合った着色パターンであり、前記光吸収層は、前記光学機能層と同じ色の着色層であるラベル。
- 或る第1波長の光を透過させる光学機能層と、前記光学機能層と向き合い、前記第1波長の光を吸収する光吸収層と、前記光学機能層と前記光吸収層との間に介在し、前記第1波長の光を散乱させる中空体を含んだ光散乱層と、前記第1波長の光を吸収する光吸収パターンとを備え、前記光散乱層は、外部からの受熱によって前記第1波長における透過率が高まり、前記光吸収パターンは、前記光学機能層と前記光散乱層との間に介在しているか、又は、前記光学機能層を間に挟んで前記光散乱層と向き合っているラベル。
- 前記光吸収パターンと前記光学機能層とは同じ色である請求項4に記載のラベル。
- 前記光散乱層は前記中空体が壊されることによって前記第1波長における透過率が高まる請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のラベル。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のラベルと、前記ラベルの前記光吸収層側の主面と向き合った粘着層とを具備した粘着ラベル。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のラベルと、
前記ラベルの前記光吸収層側の主面と向き合った印刷基材と、
前記ラベルと前記印刷基材との間に介在して、前記ラベルを前記印刷基材に貼り付けた粘着層と
を具備した印刷物。
