Description
長手方向に開口する壁を有するヘッダプレートであって、平行な流体流れチューブの対応する端部を受けるように構成されたスロットを備えるヘッダプレートと、
組み付け後にヘッダプレートの長手方向開口を閉じ、かつ、流体の流れのための穴を画定する少なくとも1つの外部カラーを含む壁を有するカバーと、を含む。
Claims (6)
- 内部流体通路(25)を有する少なくとも1つのフランジを受けるように構成されるタイプの熱交換器用のヘッダであって、カバー(9)を備え、該カバーは、組み付け後にヘッダプレートの長手方向開口を閉じ、該ヘッダプレートは、前記カバーと相互に作用して前記ヘッダを形成し、前記カバーの壁は、流体の流れのための穴(27)を画定する少なくとも1つの外部カラー(28)を有し、前記ヘッダは、前記フランジを前記カバー(9)上に圧着させることができ、それにより、前記内部通路(25)を前記カラーの前記穴(27)と流体連通させるように構成される、熱交換器用のヘッダにおいて、
前記カラー(28)は、前記カバー(9)の壁厚よりも薄い壁厚(33)を有し、該カバーからは前記カラーが延出し、それにより、流体の流れのための前記穴(27)の断面を最大化し、
前記ヘッダプレート(8)は、2つの平行な側枝(12)が延出するベース(11)を形成する壁(10)を有し、前記2つの平行な側枝(12)は、前記フランジ(5,6)の圧着のための平行縁部(14)を有し、
前記フランジ(5,6)は、前記ヘッダプレート(8)の長手方向開口を画定する前記2つの平行な側枝(12)の前記平行縁部(14)を使用することにより圧着され、前記平行縁部は、前記カバーに取り付けられた前記フランジに設けられた対応する縁部(30)上へ曲げられ、
前記ヘッダプレート(8)の断面が略U形状であり、該断面には、前記フランジ(5,6)を受けるように構成された前記カバー(9)が係合される、ことを特徴とする熱交換器用のヘッダ。 - 前記カラー(28)の前記壁(33)の厚さの減少は、前記カバー(9)の壁(20)の厚さに対して少なくとも30%である、請求項1に記載のヘッダ。
- 前記カラー(28)の前記壁(33)の厚さの減少は、前記カバー(9)の前記壁(20)の厚さに対して50%〜80%である、請求項1または2に記載のヘッダ。
- 前記ヘッダプレート(8)の壁(10)には内部ストッパ(17)が設けられ、該内部ストッパには、前記ヘッダプレート(8)の長手方向開口を密封するために、組み付け後に前記カバーの長手方向縁部(24)が当接する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のヘッダ。
- 前記カバー(9)の壁の外面(26)には、前記ヘッダプレートおよび前記フランジとの前記カバーのその後の蝋付けで用いるコーティングが設けられる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のヘッダ。
- 平行な流体流れチューブ(2)の束によって相互に接続された2つのヘッダ(3,4)を備えるタイプの熱交換器であって、前記ヘッダ(3,4)のうちの少なくとも1つが、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のヘッダであることを特徴とする熱交換器。
