Claims (6)
- コアパック、保護回路モジュール、フレーム及びカバーを備えたバッテリーパックであって、
第1方向に延びる第1電極タブを備える第1単位電池と、
第1結合領域で、前記第1電極タブと重畳して結合をなす第2電極タブを備える第2単位電池と、
第2結合領域で、前記第1電極タブと重畳して結合をなすリード部材と、を備え、
前記第1及び第2結合領域は、互いに異なる位置に形成され、
前記第2電極タブは、
前記第2単位電池の本体から前記第1方向に延びる延長部を備え、
前記第1方向に延びる結合部と、
前記結合部と前記第2単位電池の本体との間から延びる連結部と、を備え、
前記第1結合領域は、前記結合部上に形成され、
前記連結部と延長部とは、互いに折り曲げられており、
前記結合部と連結部とは、ノッチ部を通じて互いに折り曲げられており、
前記ノッチ部は、前記第2電極タブの長さ方向を横切る幅方向の両側に形成された楔状に具現され、
前記フレームには前記コアパックを収容する第1空間と、前記保護回路モジュールを収容する第2空間とを互いに区切るための隔壁が設けられ、
前記コアパックは、前記単位電池を積層し前記単位電池を電気的に連結させた電池積層体であり、
前記リード部材は柔軟性回路基板からなり、前記リード部材は前記隔壁を迂回し前記コアパックと前記保護回路モジュールとを電気的に連結したことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1及び第2電極タブ間の支持部材をさらに備え、
前記支持部材は、前記第2電極タブの連結部を支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 第3結合領域で、前記第2電極タブと重畳して結合をなす第3電極タブを備える第3単位電池をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第3電極タブは、
前記第1方向と異なる第2方向に延びる結合部と、
前記結合部と前記第3単位電池の本体との間から延びる延長部と、を備え、
前記第3結合領域は、前記第2電極タブの連結部と、前記第3電極タブの結合部上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記リード部材は、
ベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルムから前記保護回路モジュールに延びる配線部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1及び第2電極タブの長さは同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
