Description

前記混合物は、前記ホットプレス相の最中に前記セラミック前駆体の網状化を有利にさせるために適した触媒を含み、前記熱分解プロセスは、800℃より下の温度で実施される、

4重量%のポリシルセスキオキサン樹脂に、触媒を添加して、7重量%のフェノール樹脂と混合する。
9重量%のフェノール樹脂に、24重量%の研磨剤、41重量%の金属、21重量%の潤滑剤及び5重量%の制振剤を添加した。
9重量%のポリシルセスキオキサン樹脂に、触媒を添加して、35重量%の研磨剤、34重量%の金属及び22重量%の潤滑剤と混合する。
Claims (8)
- 2重量%の少なくとも1つのプレセラミック樹脂であって、前記プレセラミック樹脂が、少なくとも1つのシリコン樹脂を含む、上記少なくとも1つのプレセラミック樹脂、及び
7重量%の少なくとも1つの有機樹脂であって、前記有機樹脂が、フェノール樹脂である、上記少なくとも1つの有機樹脂
を含む、ディスクブレーキの摩擦コンポーネントのための材料。 - 前記シリコン樹脂が、シロキサン樹脂である、請求項1に記載の摩擦コンポーネントのための材料。
- 前記シロキサン樹脂が、ポリシルセスキオキサン樹脂である、請求項2に記載の摩擦コンポーネントのための材料。
- 下記の少なくとも1つ:
触媒、研磨剤、潤滑剤、金属、制振(damping)剤
をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦コンポーネントのための材料。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の材料を含む、ディスクブレーキのための摩擦コンポーネント。
- 少なくとも1つの、ディスクブレーキのためのパッドを含む、請求項5に記載の摩擦コンポーネント。
- 請求項5に記載の少なくとも2つのパッド、及び、
前記少なくとも2つのパッドをブレーキディスクのブレーキ面に対してクランプするために適したスラスト手段を含むディスクブレーキのためのキャリパー
を含む、ディスクブレーキ。 - 下記の工程:
