Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのLED(14)と、ベース部分(12)と、リフレクタ(2)とを具備する照明であって、
前記ベース部分は、前記少なくとも1つのLED(14)にしっかり結合されており、かつ、少なくとも1つのベース接触面(24)を有し、
前記リフレクタは、少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)と、入口開口部(6)および出口開口部(4)と、該出口開口部(4)から前記入口開口部(6)へ延びている縦方向(L)と、を有し、かつ、前記ベース部分(12)と結合可能であり、前記少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)は、前記縦方向(L)において、前記入口開口部(6)と前記出口開口部(4)との間に設けられており、かつ、前記少なくとも1つのベース接触面(24)は、前記少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)に接触しており、前記リフレクタ(2)が前記ベース部分(12)と結合されたときは、前記ベース部分(12)および前記リフレクタ(2)相互の移動を阻止してなる照明において、
前記リフレクタ(2)は、該リフレクタ(2)の縦方向(L)における前記少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)の突出部分がアンダーカットを有しないように、成形されていることを特徴とする照明。 - 前記少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)は、前記少なくとも1つのベース接触面(24)に対してバイアスをかけられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明。
- 前記リフレクタ(2)は、少なくとも1つの窪みを有する外面を備え、前記リフレクタ(2)が前記ベース部分(12)と結合されているときは、前記付勢手段(18)が前記窪みへ係合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明。
- 少なくとも2つのリフレクタ接触面(22)および少なくとも2つのベース接触面(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の照明。
- 前記リフレクタ(2)は、縦方向(L)に沿って、縦方向長さ(D)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの窪みと前記入口開口部(6)との間隔(d)は、縦方向(L)において、前記縦方向長さ(D)の3分の1よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の照明。
- 前記リフレクタ(2)は、ガラスまたはガラスセラミックから一体的に製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の照明。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の照明のためのリフレクタ(2)。
- 以下の工程、すなわち、
a)ガラスまたはガラスセラミックからなる前記リフレクタ(2)を圧縮すること、
b)前記少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)が変形しないように、前記入口開口部(6)を前記リフレクタ(2)に形成すること、を有する、請求項7に記載のリフレクタ(2)を製造するための方法。 - 前記入口開口部(6)の形成は、ラムによる入口箇所でのリフレクタ(2)の押し込みを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリフレクタ接触面(22)を、前記工程a)における圧縮後に平滑にしないことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。
