Claims (3)
- ホットスタンピング部品内の溶接部位を選定する溶接部位の選定段階;
前記溶接部位の表面酸化層を除去する表面酸化層の除去段階;及び
前記表面酸化層が除去されたホットスタンピング部品の溶接部位に溶接を実施する溶接段階;を含み、
前記ホットスタンピング部品はAl―Si系めっき鋼板を素材とし、
前記溶接部位には、プロジェクション溶接によって溶接が実施され、
前記表面酸化層の除去段階では、グラインダーまたはレーザー研磨を用いる、ホットスタンピング部品の溶接性改善方法。 - ホットスタンピング部品内の溶接部位を選定する溶接部位の選定段階;
前記溶接部位の表面酸化層を除去する表面酸化層の除去段階;
前記溶接部位の酸化層の残部とめっき層の一部を除去する酸化層及びめっき層の一部の除去段階;及び
前記酸化層及びめっき層の一部が除去されたホットスタンピング部品の溶接部位に溶接を実施する溶接段階;を含み、
前記ホットスタンピング部品はAl―Si系めっき鋼板を素材とし、
前記溶接部位には、プロジェクション溶接によって溶接が実施され、
前記表面酸化層の除去段階及び前記酸化層及びめっき層の一部の除去段階では、グラインダーまたはレーザー研磨を用いる、ホットスタンピング部品の溶接性改善方法。 - ホットスタンピング部品内の溶接部位を選定する溶接部位の選定段階;
前記溶接部位の表面酸化層を除去する表面酸化層の除去段階;
前記溶接部位の酸化層の残部とめっき層の一部を除去する酸化層及びめっき層の一部の除去段階;
前記溶接部位のめっき層を全部除去するめっき層の全部の除去段階;及び
前記酸化層及びめっき層の全部が除去されたホットスタンピング部品の溶接部位に溶接を実施する溶接段階;を含み、
前記ホットスタンピング部品はAl―Si系めっき鋼板を素材とし、
前記溶接部位には、プロジェクション溶接によって溶接が実施され、
前記表面酸化層の除去段階、前記酸化層及びめっき層の一部の除去段階及び前記めっき層の全部の除去段階では、グラインダーまたはレーザー研磨を用いる、ホットスタンピング部品の溶接性改善方法。
