도 2 는 전기저항 용접에 의해서 생산된 강관의 용접부의 단면 사진이다.
도 3a, b 는 전기저항 용접에 의해서 생산된 강관의 편평시험에서 크랙이 발생한 부분의 단면 사진이다.
도 4 는 전기저항 용접에 의해서 생산된 강관의 용접부의 경도의 그래프이다.
도 5 는 본 발명의 전기저항 용접을 이용한 강관 생산 공정의 흐름도이다.
도 6 은 본 발명의 전기저항 용접에서 탄소 제공 단계에서의 용접부의 단면도이다.
도 7 은 본 발명에서 침탄이 발생한 용접부의 단면도이다.
도 8 은 본 발명의 전기저항 용접을 이용한 강관 생산 공정의 다른 실시예의 흐름도이다.

Claims (8)
- 파이프 형상으로 제조된 강판의 양 에지를 전기저항 용접으로 용접하는 용접단계;
상기 용접단계 이후에 용접부를 침탄시키는 탄소 공급 단계;
상기 탄소 공급 단계와 함께 상기 용접부의 고용화를 위하여 용접부를 열처리하는 열처리 단계; 및
상기 열처리단계 전에 용접부에 탄소 혹은 탄소 함유 물질을 제공하는 탄소제공 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 탄소 혹은 탄소 함유 물질은 용접부의 외주 측에 페이스트 형상으로 도포 되는 강관 제조 방법. - 삭제

상기 용접단계 이후에 용접부를 침탄시키는 탄소 공급 단계;

상기 열처리단계 전에 용접부에 탄소 혹은 탄소 함유 물질을 제공하는 탄소제공 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 탄소 혹은 탄소 함유 물질은 탄소 나노 페이스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 강관 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 용접 단계가 종료된 후, 용접 비드를 제거하는 비드 제거 단계를 포함하고, 상기 비드 제거 단계를 수행한 후, 상기 탄소 제공 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강관 제조 방법. - 삭제
