Description
Claims (9)
- 袋織り(OPW)タイプのエアバッグにおいて、
閉じられた非膨張領域(2)と、袋状の膨張領域(8)と、が形成され、前記非膨張領域(2)と前記膨張領域(8)との継目領域(5)とを含み、
当該エアバッグを成形する基布は、ポリエステル繊維によって製造され、
少なくとも前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維は、12%〜20%の破断点伸びを有するとともに、100℃で0.5%を超える瞬間熱クリープを有することを特徴とするエアバッグ。 - 前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維の破断点伸びが16%〜20%である、請求項1に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維の破断点伸びが18%である、請求項2に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維の瞬間熱クリープが100℃で1.19〜3.09%である、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維の瞬間熱クリープが100℃で1.9%である、請求項4に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維の引張り強さが少なくとも700mN/texである、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記継目領域(5)における前記繊維の引張り強さが少なくとも770mN/texである、請求項6に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記基布は、少なくとも部分的に、前記基布の透過性を低下させるコーティングで覆われる、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記基布が全面的にあるいは実質的にコーティングされない、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のエアバッグ。
