Claims (3)
- 軸挿通口を有する撹拌槽と、
先端が撹拌槽の内部に位置し、基端が前記撹拌槽の外部に位置するように、前記軸挿通口に挿通される撹拌軸と、
前記撹拌軸の先端部に設けられた撹拌翼と、
前記撹拌軸を支持する軸受部と、
前記撹拌軸の基端に接続され、前記軸受部の軸受中心を支点として前記撹拌軸の先端が円を描くように前記撹拌軸に旋回運動を行わせるための駆動装置と、を備え、
前記撹拌翼は、一方の側縁部が前記撹拌軸に固着され、前記撹拌軸を中心にして放射状に延びる2枚以上の板状の羽根部材からなり、
前記羽根部材は、前記撹拌軸の軸方向に長い長板状であり、かつ、前記一方の側縁部と対向する他方の側縁部と前記撹拌軸の中心線との間隔が前記撹拌軸の先端から基端の方向へ向かうにつれて小さくなるように前記他方の側縁部が形成されている、撹拌装置。 - 前記羽根部材の前記他方の側縁部が直線状に形成され、前記他方の側縁部に沿う直線と前記撹拌軸の中心線とのなす角度が、前記軸受部の軸受中心を通る鉛直線と前記撹拌軸の中心線とのなす角度以上である、請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記撹拌軸が挿通される中空空間を有し、一端部が前記撹拌槽の前記軸挿通口に固定されて他端部が前記撹拌軸に固定され、前記撹拌軸の旋回運動に応じて撓み変形する筒状の撓み保持部をさらに備えた、請求項1または2に記載の撹拌装置。
