Claims (8)
- 噴射弁のためのマグネットアンカであって、
少なくとも1つの磁性領域(3)と少なくとも1つの非磁性領域(4)とを有しており、
前記マグネットアンカ(2)が一体的な構成部分として構成されており、
前記磁性領域(3)と前記非磁性領域(4)とが2成分粉末射出成形法を用いて素材結合により互いに結合されており、及び
前記磁性領域(3)が前記非磁性領域(4)によって完全に包囲されていて、
前記マグネットアンカ(2)が、貫通開口(6)を備えて環状に構成されていて、前記非磁性領域(4)が、第1の軸方向の端面側区分(7)と、第2の軸方向の端面側区分(8)と、内側の周方向区分(60)と、外側の周方向区分(41)とを有していて、
内極(10)に面した前記第1の端面側区分(7)および前記外側の周方向区分(41)が、第2の端面側区分(8)の厚さ(D3)および前記内側の周方向区分(60)の厚さ(D4)よりも小さい厚さ(D1,D2)を有していることを特徴とする、噴射弁のためのマグネットアンカ。 - 前記第1の端面側区分(7)の厚さ(D1)と前記外側の周方向区分(41)の厚さ(D2)とが同じ大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマグネットアンカ。
- 内側の周方向区分(60)が最大の厚さ(D4)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のマグネットアンカ。
- 前記マグネットアンカ(2)が、アンカの第1および/または第2の端面側(7,8)でストッパを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットアンカ。
- 前記磁性領域(3)が、高い飽和誘導を有する磁性材料より形成されていて、前記非磁性領域(4)がセラミック材料または硬質金属より形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットアンカ。
- 前記非磁性領域(4)が耐燃料性の材料より形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットアンカ。
- 前記非磁性領域(4)が耐摩耗性の材料より形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットアンカ。
- 前記磁性領域(3)が、前記マグネットアンカ(2)の全重量の85〜95重量%を有していて、前記非磁性領域(4)が前記マグネットアンカ(2)の全重量の5〜15重量%を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットアンカ。
