Description
‐高不透過性のバリア層を形成するステップと、

の界面活性剤とを含むことが好ましい。

nは0又は1、
yはnが1のとき1、nが0のとき1又は2であり、
R8はnが0のときC15〜C22の脂肪族基、nが1のときC8〜C16の脂肪族基、
R4、R5、R6及びR8のうちの少なくとも1つはnが0のとき二重結合を含む)
の界面活性剤とを含むことが好ましい。

‐分子式[(CH3)(CH2CHCH2)2N(CH2)15CH3]+I-の界面活性剤(e)、
‐分子式[(CH2CHCH2)(CH3)2N(CH2)15CH3]+I-の界面活性剤(f)、
‐分子式[(CH2CHCH2)3N(CH2)12N(CH2CHCH2)3]2+2Br-の界面活性剤(g)。
Claims (13)
- 着色タイヤ部分の製造方法であり、
‐高不透過性のバリア層を形成するステップと、
‐前記バリア層上に塗料層又は着色層を堆積するステップと
を含み、前記バリア層を形成するステップは、(a)タイヤの着色用部分の上に水性分散液を堆積する処理、(b)前記水性分散液を水相と固相に分離する処理、及び(c)前記水相を除去する処理を順に実行するステップを含み、前記水性分散液が、少なくとも1つの架橋性ポリマー基材と、下記の分子式(I):

(式中、
R 1 はC 6 〜C 23 の脂肪族基、
R 2 はH又はC 1 〜C 8 の脂肪族基、
R 3 はH又はC 1 〜C 8 の脂肪族基又は芳香族基、
Xは金属カチオン、
nは1〜3の整数である)、又は下記の分子式(II):
([R 4 R 5 R 6 NR 8 (NR 7 R 9 R 10 )n] (n+1)+ )y (n+1)X y- ・・・(II)
(式中、
Xは原子又は陰性基、
R 4 、R 5 及びR 6 は互いに同じであることも異なることもあるが、それぞれC m H 2m+1 (mは1〜3)又はCH 2 CHCH 2 又はCHCHCH 3 、
R 7 、R 9 及びR 10 は互いに同じであることも異なることもあるが、それぞれCH 2 CHCH 2 又はCHCHCH 3 、
nは0又は1、
yはnが1のとき1、nが0のとき1又は2、
R 8 はnが0のときC 15 〜C 22 の脂肪族基、nが1のときC 8 〜C 16 の脂肪族基、
R 4 、R 5 、R 6 及びR 8 のうちの少なくとも1つはnが0のとき二重結合を含む)
の界面活性剤とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水性分散液を水相と固相に分離する前記処理(b)が、酸性溶液、塩基性溶液及び食塩溶液のうちから選択される凝固剤溶液を前記分散液と接触させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記酸性溶液が、塩酸、硫酸、リン酸、ホウ酸、又は脂肪族若しくは芳香族の、単官能性若しくは二官能性若しくは三官能性の飽和若しくは不飽和カルボン酸の溶液から選択され、前記塩基性溶液が、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、又はアンモニウム水酸化物の溶液から選択され、前記食塩溶液が、飽和若しくは不飽和の単官能性若しくは二官能性若しくは三官能性の脂肪族カルボン酸、単官能性若しくは二官能性若しくは三官能性の芳香族酸の塩、又は塩化物、硫酸塩、ギ酸塩、酢酸塩、リン酸塩、炭酸塩、アルカリ金属のアルミン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属、又はアンモニウムの溶液から選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記酸性溶液が塩酸を含み、前記塩基性溶液が水酸化ナトリウムを含み、前記食塩溶液が塩化カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記水相が蒸発及び/又は脱水によって除去されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記着色層がゴムで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記着色層が、順に、前記バリア層と接触するように設計された第1の接着剤副層と、第2のバリア副層と、第3の着色ゴム副層とを備えることを特徴する請求項6に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記塗料が水性塗料若しくはポリウレタン塗料、又は紫外線照射により光架橋する塗料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記脂肪族基R1が二重結合を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- R4、R5及びR6がCH2CHCH2であり、nが1、R8が飽和脂肪族基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- R8が二重結合を含み、nが0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記水性分散液が、カオリン、クレイ、マイカ、長石、シリカ、グラファイト、ベントナイト、カーボンブラック、及びアルミナを含む群の少なくとも1つの充填剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
- 前記架橋性ポリマー基材が0℃を超えるTgを有するポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着色タイヤ部分の製造方法。
