Claims (9)
- 診断対象機器の状態を測定する測定部と、
上記測定部の測定結果に基づいて、上記診断対象機器の異常を判定する第1異常判定部と、
上記測定部の測定結果に基づいて、上記診断対象機器の異常を判定する第2異常判定部と、
上記測定部と上記第1異常判定部とが設けられる第1基板と、
上記第2異常判定部が設けられる第2基板と、
を有する異常診断装置。 - 複数の上記第1基板と、上記第2基板と、が通信可能に直列に接続されている、
請求項1に記載の異常診断装置。 - 複数の上記第1基板と、上記第2基板と、がそれぞれ通信可能に並列に接続されている、
請求項1に記載の異常診断装置。 - 上記第1基板は、異なる二つの電源系に接続されている、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の異常診断装置。 - 上記第2基板には、互いに診断命令に応じて自己診断を行う自己診断機能を有する主演算器と副演算器とが設けられている、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の異常診断装置。 - 上記主演算器と副演算器とは、それぞれ異なる通信インターフェースを介して制御部と通信可能に接続されている、
請求項5に記載の異常診断装置。 - 上記主演算器は、
上記第2異常判定部を含み、
上記副演算器からの診断命令に応じて自己診断を行い、
上記副演算器の自己診断の診断結果を監視し、
上記第2異常判定部による判定結果及び上記診断結果を上記制御部に送信する、
請求項6に記載の異常診断装置。 - 上記副演算器は、
上記第1異常判定部の判定結果を受信し、
上記主演算器からの診断命令に応じて自己診断を行い、
上記主演算器の自己診断の診断結果を監視し、
これらの判定結果と診断結果を上記制御部に送信する、
請求項6又は7に記載の異常診断装置。 - 上記診断対象機器が、電気自動車のバッテリセルであり、
上記第1,第2異常判定部が、上記バッテリセルの過電圧及び過放電を判定もしくは検出する、
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の異常診断装置。
