Description
(i)少なくとも部分的に中和されたモノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸基含有モノマー(α1)と、少なくとも1種の架橋剤(α3)と、を含むモノマー水溶液を調製する工程と、

前記工程(viii)において、前記工程(vii)で得られた前記ポリマーゲル粒子をベルト乾燥機のベルト材料の表面の位置L0に配置して前記ベルト乾燥機によって乾燥させ、前記ベルト材料は、前記ポリマーゲル粒子との接触前に冷却されていることを特徴とする方法によって達成される。

Claims (10)
- 吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法であって、
(i)少なくとも部分的に中和されたモノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸基含有モノマー(α1)と、少なくとも1種の架橋剤(α3)と、を含むモノマー水溶液を調製する工程と、
(ii)必要に応じて、吸水性ポリマーの微粒子を前記モノマー水溶液に添加する工程と、
(iii)重合開始剤又は2種以上の成分を含む重合開始剤系の少なくとも1種の成分を前記モノマー水溶液に添加する工程と、
(iv)前記モノマー水溶液の酸素含有量を減少させる工程と、
(v)前記モノマー水溶液を重合反応器に仕込む工程と、
(vi)前記モノマー水溶液中のモノマーを前記重合反応器内で重合させる工程と、
(vii)前記重合反応器からポリマーゲルストランドを排出し、必要に応じて前記ポリマーゲルを粉砕してポリマーゲル粒子を得る工程と、
(viii)前記ポリマーゲル粒子を乾燥させる工程と、
(ix)乾燥させた前記ポリマーゲル粒子を粉砕して吸水性ポリマー粒子を得る工程と、
(x)粉砕した前記吸水性ポリマー粒子の分級を行う工程と、
(xi)粉砕及び分級した前記吸水性ポリマー粒子の表面を処理する工程と、
を含み、
前記工程(viii)において、前記工程(vii)で得られた前記ポリマーゲル粒子をベルト乾燥機のベルト材料の表面の位置L0に配置して前記ベルト乾燥機によって乾燥させ、前記ベルト材料は、前記ポリマーゲル粒子との接触前に冷却されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記位置L0における前記ベルト材料の表面は、前記ポリマーゲル粒子との接触前に160℃未満に冷却されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記位置L0における前記ベルト材料の表面は、前記ポリマーゲル粒子との接触前に140℃未満に冷却されている、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 水又は添加剤水溶液を前記ベルト材料に噴霧することによって前記ベルト材料の表面を冷却する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 添加剤がポリアルキレングリコールである前記添加剤水溶液を前記ベルト材料に噴霧することによって前記ベルト材料の表面を冷却する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤水溶液における前記添加剤の濃度は、前記添加剤水溶液の重量に対して0.01〜20重量%である、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
