Description
図1〜図5は、この発明にかかる車両用部品の取付構造の実施形態1を示す。以下、この実施形態1における車両用部品の取付構造の構成について説明する。図中、符号1は、車両用前照灯(自動車用前照灯)である。前記車両用前照灯1は、ロービーム用配光パターン(すれ違い用配光パターン)と、ハイビーム用配光パターン(走行用配光パターン)、を切り替えて車両の前方に照射するものである。
前記車両用前照灯1は、上側半導体型光源(図示せず)、下側半導体型光源(図示せず)と、固定リフレクタ3と、上側可動リフレクタ4U、下側可動リフレクタ4Dと、駆動源としてのソレノイド5と、駆動力伝達機構6と、光源取付部材(LEDベース)7と、取付ブラケット8と、ヒートシンク部材9と、図示しないランプハウジングおよびランプレンズ(たとえば、素通しのアウターレンズなど)と、から構成されている。
前記上側ピニオン15U、前記下側ピニオン15Dは、この実施形態1における車両用部品の駆動部材を構成する。一方、前記上側可動リフレクタ4U、前記下側可動リフレクタ4Dは、この実施形態1における車両用部品の被駆動部材を構成する。以下、前記上側ピニオン15Uと前記上側可動リフレクタ4Uとの取付構造について説明する。なお、前記下側ピニオン15Dと前記下側可動リフレクタ4Dとの取付構造は、前記上側ピニオン15Uと前記上側可動リフレクタ4Uとの取付構造とほぼ同様の構造をなすので、説明を省略する。
前記上側ピニオン15Uの前記筒部12中に前記上側可動リフレクタ4Uの前記上側回転軸11Uを軸線O1、O2に沿って挿入する。かつ、前記筒部12の前記スリット18中に前記上側回転軸11Uの前記凸部16を軸線O1、O2に沿って嵌入する。このとき、前記凸部16の幅は、前記スリット18の幅よりも大きいので、前記スリット18は開いて、それに伴って、前記筒部12は外側に広がるように弾性変形する。
この実施形態1における車両用前照灯1は、以上のごとき構成からなり、以下、その作用について説明する。

図6、図7は、この発明にかかる車両用部品の取付構造の実施形態2を示す。以下、この実施形態2における車両用部品の取付構造について説明する。図中、図1〜図5と同符号は、同一のものを示す。
図9は、この発明にかかる車両用部品の取付構造の実施形態3を示す。以下、この実施形態3における車両用部品の取付構造について説明する。図中、図1〜図8と同符号は、同一のものを示す。
図8は、この発明にかかる車両用部品の取付構造の変形例を示す。以下、この変形例について説明する。図中、図1〜図7と同符号は、同一のものを示す。
なお、前記の実施形態1、2、3においては、上側ピニオン15U、下側ピニオン15Dが車両用部品の駆動部材を構成し、一方、上側可動リフレクタ4U、下側可動リフレクタ4Dが車両用部品の被駆動部材を構成するものである。ところが、この発明においては、駆動部材として上側ピニオン15U、下側ピニオン15D以外の部材、たとえば、モータやソレノイドに取り付けられている駆動軸(回転軸)などであっても良いし、一方、被駆動部材として上側可動リフレクタ4U、下側可動リフレクタ4D以外の部材、たとえば、配光パターンを切り替えるシェードなどであっても良い。

Claims (2)
- 車両用部品の駆動部材と被駆動部材とを取り付ける取付構造において、
前記駆動部材、前記被駆動部材のいずれか一方に設けられている回転軸部と、
前記駆動部材、前記被駆動部材のいずれか他方に設けられていて、前記回転軸部が挿入される挿入孔を有する筒部と、
を備え、
前記回転軸部には、前記回転軸部の軸線に対して直交する凸部が設けられていて、
前記筒部には、前記凸部の幅よりも小さい幅のスリットが設けられていて、
前記スリットのうち前記回転軸部の軸線方向の中間部の縁には、前記凸部が嵌合する凹部が設けられており、
前記スリットは、前記筒部の開口端から前記凹部に向けて、対向する縁がテーパをなすように幅が狭くなっている、
ことを特徴とする車両用部品の取付構造。 - 前記回転軸部には、前記スリットに嵌合する板部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用部品の取付構造。
