Claims (5)
- 基板、
前記基板上に搭載される第1抵抗素子、
前記基板上に搭載され、前記第1抵抗素子から離隔している第2抵抗素子、
前記基板上に搭載され、前記第1、2抵抗素子の発熱によって溶断する温度ヒューズ、及び
前記第1、2抵抗素子と温度ヒューズを内部に収容し、一面が開放された筒形状のケースを含み、
前記第1、2抵抗素子は前記温度ヒューズを基準に両側に併設され、
前記ケースは、
その内部空間を区画する絶縁壁、前記絶縁壁の下段部から窪んで前記温度ヒューズを収容する温度ヒューズ収容溝、及び前記絶縁壁によって区切られて前記第1、2抵抗素子を各々収容する第1、2抵抗素子収容溝を含み、下面が開放された構造からなり、
前記基板は前記ケースの開放された下面に挿入して結合され、
前記温度ヒューズ収容溝と前記温度ヒューズとの間には前記温度ヒューズが溶融して溶断するように離隔空間が形成される、
ことを特徴とするヒューズ抵抗器。 - 前記第1、2抵抗素子収容溝の内部に充填される充填材をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗器。 - 前記絶縁壁の下面は前記ケースの下面より高く形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗器。 - 前記第1、2抵抗素子は巻線型抵抗素子である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗器。 - 請求項1に記載のヒューズ抵抗器の製造方法であって、
前記第1、2抵抗素子及び温度ヒューズは表面実装方式で前記基板に搭載され、
前記第1、2抵抗素子及び温度ヒューズが表面実装された基板は前記ケースの開放された一面に結合する、
ことを特徴とするヒューズ抵抗器の製造方法。
