Description
図1は本発明に係る磁気センサーの斜視図であり、図2は磁気センサーの部分的な構成を示す縦断面図である。この磁気センサー1は、車両に搭載され、図2に示すように、磁性体であって図示しない車輪と共に回転する環状のロータ2の外周面に対向する位置に設置されている。磁気センサー1は、磁界を外周面に凹凸を有するロータ2に向けて発生させ、ロータ2の回転によって変動する磁界の強弱に応じた電気信号を出力する。磁気センサー1が出力した電気信号は車輪の回転速度を検出するために用いられる。
ホルダー3内は、凹部30を除いて樹脂が充填されており、磁電変換部4、リード6a,6b及び電子部品6cと、端部71a,71bを除く端子7a,7bとが樹脂によって覆われている。
折曲工程が行われた後の導電体9a,9bでは、図4、図5及び図6に示すように、端部93a,93bの並び方向は端部92a,92bの並び方向と90度異なっている。
従って、端部70a,70bの位置、即ち、磁電変換部4の位置に無関係に、磁電変換部4が変換信号を出力する端部71a,71bを所望の位置に設けることができる。
2つ導電体を各別に折り曲げることによって、一側の2つの端部の並び方向と他側の2つの端部の並び方向とが異なる2つの端子を製造する場合、少なくとも6回の折り曲げが必要である。
また、導電体9a,9b間に接続部分を設けなくてもよく、互いに接続されていない導電体9a,9bを同時的に複数回折り曲げて端子7a,7bを製造してもよい。
端子7a,7b及び導電体9a,9bの形状は、矩形板状に限定されず、例えば棒状であってもよい。

Claims (5)
- それらの長手方向に直交する方向に並ぶ2つの端子から、磁電変換部が変換した電気信号を出力する磁気センサーにおいて、
前記2つの端子は、共に複数の屈曲部を有し、
一方の端子が有する複数の屈曲部夫々の稜線は、他方の端子が有する複数の屈曲部夫々の稜線のいずれか1つの延長線上に位置し、
前記2つの端子における端部の並び方向は一側と他側とで異なっていること
を特徴とする磁気センサー。 - 前記2つの端子が有する複数の屈曲部夫々の稜線は、前記2つの端子の長手方向に対して斜めであること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気センサー。 - 磁電変換を行う磁気センサー用の2つの端子を製造する方法において、
長手方向に直交する方向に並んだ2つの導電体を、該2つの導電体における端部の並び方向が一側と他側とで異なるように、前記2つの導電体を同時的に複数回折り曲げる折曲工程
を備えることを特徴とする端子製造方法。 - 前記折曲工程では、折り曲げによって形成される屈曲部の稜線が前記2つの導電体の長手方向に対して斜めになるように前記2つの導電体を折り曲げること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の端子製造方法。 - 前記2つの導電体は、一又は複数の箇所で接続されており、
前記折曲工程を行った後に該2つの導電体を接続する接続部分を切除する工程
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の端子製造方法。
