Description
Claims (10)
- 超音波式切断装置(1)であって、超音波発生器(2)に結合された少なくとも1つの超音波変換器(6)と、少なくとも1つの音導体(7)と、少なくとも1つの切刃(8)とを備え、前記音導体(7)は、前記超音波変換器(6)と前記切刃(8)との間に配置されていて、前記超音波変換器(6)と前記切刃(8)とを互いに結合しており、前記音導体(7)の長手方向中心軸線は、直線とは異なる延在形状を有している超音波式切断装置(1)において、前記少なくとも1つの超音波発生器(2)が、予め規定された超音波周波数領域を掃引する手段を有しており、
当該超音波式切断装置(1)が、前記超音波発生器(2)から前記超音波変換器(6)に送出された出力を検出する測定装置を有しており、該測定装置は、予め規定された超音波周波数領域を掃引する前記手段に制御接続されていて、前記超音波周波数領域は、前記超音波発生器(2)がその最大出力を前記超音波変換器(6)に送出する共振点(f 0 )の周波数を含むように設定されることを特徴とする超音波式切断装置。 - 前記測定装置は、周波数掃引時に掃引された超音波周波数領域の最大周波数と最低周波数との間の中間にある共振点(f 0 )の周波数において前記超音波発生器(2)がその最大出力を前記超音波変換器(6)に送出するように、予め規定された超音波周波数領域を掃引する前記手段に制御接続されている、請求項1記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 前記切刃(8)は面状のエレメントとして形成されており、前記音導体(7)は導体ロッドとして形成されており、該導体ロッドは、前記切刃(8)が延在している面に対して直交する方向で前記切刃(8)に結合されている、請求項1または2項記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 前記音導体(7)は環状に形成されており、前記音導体(7)の第1の端範囲が、前記超音波変換器(6)に結合されており、前記第1の端範囲に直径方向で反対の側に位置する第2の端範囲が、前記切刃(8)に結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 前記切刃(8)は、ほぼ筒形に形成されており、前記音導体(7)は、前記切刃(8)の筒体外周面のところで該切刃(8)に結合されている、請求項4記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 前記切刃(8)は、円筒形または楕円形に形成されている、請求項5記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 前記切刃(8)は、角隅を有する形状、特に方形に形成されている、請求項5記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 当該超音波式切断装置(1)が、複数の超音波変換器(6)を有しており、該超音波変換器(6)は、それぞれ少なくとも1つの音導体(7)を介して、前記切刃(8)の互いに間隔を置いて配置された超音波入力結合個所に結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 前記音導体(7)は前記切刃(8)と一体に結合されていて、ほぼU字形に湾曲させられたカッタシャンクにより形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の超音波式切断装置。
- 超音波式切断装置(1)であって、超音波発生器(2)に結合された少なくとも1つの超音波変換器(6)と、少なくとも1つの音導体(7)と、少なくとも1つの切刃(8)とを備え、前記音導体(7)は、前記超音波変換器(6)と前記切刃(8)との間に配置されていて、前記超音波変換器(6)と前記切刃(8)とを互いに結合しており、前記音導体(7)の長手方向中心軸線は、直線とは異なる延在形状を有している超音波式切断装置(1)において、前記少なくとも1つの超音波発生器(2)が、予め規定された超音波周波数領域を掃引する手段を有しており、
前記音導体(7)が、溶接シームを介して前記切刃(8)に結合されていることを特徴とする超音波式切断装置。
