使用された材料
試験を以下の成分を用いて実施した。
−ポリアミド6.6、
−ガラス繊維(Vetrotex 983)、GFと表記、
−ホスフィン酸アルミニウム(Clariant製のOP 1230)、OP 1230と表記、及び
−モントモリロナイトタイプのナノフィラー、ナノフィラーと表記。
図1にその略図が示されるPECVDは、2つのレベル、下位レベル及び上位レベルにわたる以下のパラメータによって、有機ケイ素化合物としてTMDSOを用いて行われる。
有機ケイ素堆積物を有する物品又は有さない物品の難燃性の性能を厚さ1.6mmの試験片を用いてコーン熱量計による測定でLOI(極限酸素指数)、UL94試験を用いて評価した。
Claims (14)
- ガラス繊維と、ホスフィン酸又はその塩からなる難燃剤とを含むポリアミド組成物を含む難燃性物品であって、その表面の少なくとも一部の上に、SiO 2 タイプの無機構造、及び/又はシロキサン及び/又はポリシロキサンタイプの有機構造を有するコーティングを含む難燃性物品。
- 前記組成物がガラス繊維以外の補強充填剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリアミド組成物の前記難燃剤がホスフィン酸アルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリアミド組成物がポリアミド6.6、ガラス繊維及びホスフィン酸アルミニウムからなり、しかも前記コーティングがポリシロキサンタイプの有機構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記組成物が前記組成物の全重量に対して難燃剤5重量%〜40重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記組成物が前記組成物の全重量に対してガラス繊維1重量%〜50重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 物品の前記表面上の前記コーティングが1〜200μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 物品の前記表面上の前記コーティングが8〜20μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 表面とコーティングとの間の付着性を増加させるために表面処理工程が行われた後に、ガラス繊維と、ホスフィン酸又はその塩からなる難燃剤とを含むポリアミド組成物を成形することにより得られる物品の表面の少なくとも一部の上に低温プラズマ強化化学堆積によってコーティングが適用され、該コーティングがSiO 2 タイプの無機構造、及び/又はシロキサン及び/又はポリシロキサンタイプの有機構造を有する、難燃性物品の製造方法。
- 前記コーティングを低温プラズマ強化化学堆積によって製造するために使用される化合物が、テトラメチルジシロキサン、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、及び/又はテトラエトキシシランからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングが、20℃〜350℃の温度において低温プラズマ強化化学堆積によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングが、減圧又は大気圧下で低温プラズマ強化重合技術によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングが、PECVD(プラズマ強化化学蒸着)による低温プラズマ強化化学堆積によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記難燃性物品が押出又は射出物品であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
