Description
一方、特許文献2においては、水と空気に含まれたの有害物質を処理するには、一般な紫外線と光触媒を結合する他に、185nmの真空紫外線を使用し、185nmの真空紫外線と光触媒の結合効果により、水中の有機化合物を分解処理する。

Claims (6)
- 有害ガス成分を溶解させた循環水を導入して、有害ガス成分を低減した循環水を排出する有害物質除去装置であって、
筒状の容器本体と、
前記容器本体の内部に配置された仕切体であって、前記仕切体の内部に気室を構成し、前記仕切体の外部であり前記容器本体の内側に光触媒保持室を構成すると共に、紫外線透過性を有する筒状の前記仕切体と、
前記仕切体内側の気室内に設けられた紫外線照射手段と、
前記光触媒保持室に、前記光触媒保持室の容積の1%以上40%以下の容積に充填された支持体担持光触媒と、
前記気室に空気を導入する空気導入手段と、
前記気室に導入された空気を前記光触媒保持室に導入する手段と、
前記有害ガス成分を溶解させた循環水を前記光触媒保持室の下部に導入し、前記空気と反応させる手段と、
前記空気と反応した循環水を容器本体の外部に排出する手段とを備え、
前記光触媒保持室には、前記循環水によって、流動床が構成される、
有害物質除去装置。 - 前記気室内の空気を前記容器本体と仕切体間に導出して曝気する曝気手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質除去装置。
- 前記容器本体と仕切体間に酸化促進剤を供給する酸化促進剤供給手段と、
該酸化促進剤供給手段から供給される酸化促進剤の供給量を調整する酸化促進剤供給量調整手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質除去装置。 - 前記酸化促進剤は、過硫酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有害物質除去装置。
- 前記支持体担持光触媒は、酸化チタンとチタンの混合物、ルテニウムと酸化チタンの混合物、金と酸化チタンの混合物、又は、金とルテニウムと酸化チタンの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質除去装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの何れかに記載の有害物質除去装置と、
有害ガス成分を含む被処理空気と前記循環水とを接触させる気液接触手段とを備えたことを特徴とする空気浄化装置。
