Claims (13)
- 動脈内に挿入される細長い管状部材を備える二方向灌流用カニューレであって、前記細長い管状部材が、
挿入中に前方を向く前記細長い管状部材の遠位端にある第1の開口であって、前記動脈内で挿入方向に血液が流れるのを可能にするように構成される第1の開口と、
前記細長い管状部材に形成されるエルボーと、
前記エルボーに少なくとも部分的に形成される突起部であって、前記動脈内で前記カニューレを位置決めするのを容易にするように形成される突起部と、
前記エルボーに形成されるかまたは前記エルボーのわずかに後方に形成され且つ前記突起部を貫通するように延在し、挿入方向に対して概して反対の第2の方向で前記動脈内に血液を供給するように構成される第2の開口と
を備える、二方向灌流用カニューレ。 - 前記突起部および前記エルボーが、前記第2の開口から前記動脈内への血液の流れを遮断しないように前記動脈を開いた状態に保持する移行領域を形成する、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記移行領域が膨張可能である、請求項2に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記突起部が挿入方向においてテーパ状であり、これにより前記カニューレを前記動脈内に挿入することが可能となる、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記突起部の後方部分が、挿入時より除去時により大きな抵抗を示すように、挿入方向におけるよりも高い割合でテーパ状になっている、請求項4に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記突起部の側方プロファイルが肩形状を有する、請求項5に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記細長い管状部材が、細長い導入器を受け入れるように構成され、これにより前記カニューレの挿入を補助し、前記細長い管状部材および前記導入器を動脈内に挿入するときに前記第1の開口を通って血液が流れるのを防止する、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記細長い管状部材は、前記第2の開口の周りの領域における前記細長い管状部材の内径が、細長い導入器を受け入れたときの前記細長い導入器の対応する部分の直径より大きいように形成され、これにより、血液が前記第2の開口を介して前記細長い管状部材内へ通過することができ、このときに前記第2の開口が前記動脈内まで通過したことが示される、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記エルボーが約130度の角度で曲がっている、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記細長い管状部材は、導入器を前記カニューレ内に挿入するときに少なくとも部分的に直線状となるように、可撓性材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 前記カニューレが大腿動脈に挿入されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 圧力変換器に連通されるマノメータチューブをさらに含み、前記マノメータチューブが、第2の方向に流れる血液の圧力を測定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレ。
- 請求項1に記載の二方向灌流用カニューレと、前記細長い管状部材を通って受け入れられるテーパ状の導入器との組み合わせ。
