Description
Claims (25)
- 駆動圧を受ける流体用の血管アクセスチューブであって、前記血管アクセスチューブは主管腔を画定する壁を含み、前記壁の一部が前記壁を通して前記チューブ内に導入される物体用のアクセスポートを含み、前記アクセスポートは、最大50mmHg(0.0658気圧)の駆動圧に曝されたときに液密性を維持するために十分に強い自己閉鎖挙動を提供する付勢構造を含み、これにより、前記アクセスポートは、前記血管アクセスチューブを通って流れる加圧流体を入れるのに十分な液密性である、血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記付勢構造は、自己封止膜及び/又は弁を含む、請求項1に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記付勢構造の自己閉鎖挙動は、前記壁の自己閉鎖挙動よりも強い、請求項1又は2に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記アクセスポートは、アクセス管腔を含むアクセスアームを含み、前記アクセスアームは、前記壁から延びる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記アクセス管腔は、前記主管腔よりも小さい直径を有する、請求項4に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記付勢構造は、前記血管アクセスチューブの主管腔に対して遠位にある前記アクセスアームの端部を封止するように配置される、請求項4又は5に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記主管腔は、前記チューブの全長の少なくとも一部に沿って延びて前記主管腔を少なくとも2つの通路に分離する仕切り構造を含み、任意選択で、前記通路のうちの1つの断面が別の通路よりも大きい、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記アクセスポートは1つの通路に結合する、請求項7に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記仕切り構造は折り畳み可能及び/又は可撓性である、請求項7又は8に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 前記アクセスアームは、前記血管アクセスチューブの壁から少なくとも10°、20°、30°、又は少なくとも45°の角度で延びる、請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の血管アクセスチューブ。
- 左心室内腔から血液を除去するのに適した血液除去アセンブリであって、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の、アクセスポートを含む血管アクセスチューブと、
前記アクセスポートを通り抜けるように寸法決めされ、かつ前記アクセスポートの外側から前記血管アクセスチューブの端部を越えて延びるのに十分な長さのカテーテルと
を含む血液除去アセンブリ。 - 前記カテーテルは、提供される流れ制御デバイスへの接続に適したコネクタを含み、任意選択で、前記コネクタは、ルアーコネクタである、請求項11に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 前記カテーテルは、戻り端又はピッグテール構成を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリは、前記カテーテルを誘導するために、前記血管アクセスチューブを通って延びるのに十分な長さの取り外し可能なガイドワイヤをさらに含む、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリは、前記カテーテルを通って流れる流体の流量を表す流量値を測定するように構成された流量センサをさらに含む、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 前記流量センサは、前記カテーテルと一体であるか又は前記カテーテルに取り付けられている、請求項15に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 前記流量値を取得し、前記流量値に応答して流れ制御デバイスの流れ制御パラメータを調節するように構成されたコントローラをさらに含む、請求項15又は16に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 流れ制御デバイスをさらに含み、前記カテーテルが前記流れ制御デバイスに接続される、請求項10から17のいずれか一項に記載の血液除去アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の、アクセスポートを含む血管アクセスチューブの壁を通して血管の腔側にアクセスする方法であって、
前記血管アクセスチューブを血管に取り付けるステップと、
カテーテルなどの物体で前記アクセスポートを突き通すステップと、
前記アクセスポートから前記血管アクセスチューブの遠位端を越えて前記物体を挿入するステップと
を含む方法。 - ガイドワイヤを使用して、前記アクセスポートから前記血管アクセスチューブの遠位端を越えて前記物体を挿入するステップと、
前記ガイドワイヤを引き抜くステップと
を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記物体はカテーテルであり、前記方法は、流れ制御デバイスを使用して前記カテーテルに駆動圧を加えて前記カテーテルの遠位端を通して流体を抜き取るステップを含む、請求項19又は20に記載の方法。
- 流量センサを使用して前記カテーテルを通って流れる流体の流量を表す流量値を測定するステップと、
前記流量値に応答して前記流れ制御デバイスの流れ制御パラメータを調節するステップと
を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。 - 前記血管アクセスチューブから前記物体を取り出すステップを含む、請求項19から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アクセスポートから前記血管アクセスチューブの遠位端を越えて前記物体を再挿入するステップを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記アクセスポートを手作業で閉じるステップを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
