Description
本願は、2010年8月24日出願の、米国仮特許出願第61/376,360号の優先権を主張する。
本願は、無機陽イオンの存在下での除草剤2,4−ジクロロフェノキシ酢酸(2,4−D)およびグリホサートの水溶性塩の水溶液の相溶性を改善するための組成物および方法に関する。
a)最終散布液に対して0.01から2重量%のLupasol(登録商標)G35(LupasolはBASF Aktiengesellschaftの登録商標である。)を含む水中で溶液を調製する工程;
b)最終散布液に対して酸当量(ae)ベースで0.3から5重量%の2,4−Dを含む溶液を提供するために、a)で調製した溶液に2,4−D DMAの水性濃縮物を添加する工程;
c)最終pHが好ましくは6.5未満である、最終散布液に対して酸当量(ae)ベースで0.5から5重量%のグリホサートを含む溶液を提供するために、b)で調製した溶液にRoundup WeatherMax(登録商標)除草剤(Monsantoの登録商標;グリホサートカリウム塩を含有する水性濃縮物)の水性濃縮物を添加する工程;
d)最終散布液に対して2重量%のAMSを含む溶液を得るために、c)で調製した溶液に硫酸アンモニウム(AMS)水溶液を添加する工程;および
d)必要に応じて、他の不活性同時処方成分をd)で調製した溶液に添加する工程、
を含む。
実施例1 ポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤(CI)の添加による、2,4−Dカリウムの結晶化開始pHの低下
0.2N 硫酸水の添加によりpHをゆっくりと低下させながら、ポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤(CI)を添加したかまたは添加しなかった、3重量%(酸当量ベース)の2,4−Dカリウム(2,4−D K)水溶液の100mL 試料の結晶化開始pH(結晶化が開始する際の溶液のpH)を決定した。表1で示されるとおり、2,4−D Kの水溶液に、溶液全体に対して0.1から0.2重量%となるCIを添加することによって、CIを使用しなかった対照例と比較して、2,4−D Kの結晶化開始pHが顕著に低下した。
ポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶阻害剤(CI)を添加するかまたは添加せず、個々の活性成分の様々な濃度(重量%酸当量ベース)の、(等モル量の2,4−D酸およびコリンヒドロキシドを水中で混合することによって調製した)2,4−Dコリンまたは2,4−D DMAおよび様々なグリホサート塩(カリウム、イソプロピルアンモニウムまたはジメチルアンモニウム)の水性濃縮物から散布液を生成させた。表2で示されるとおり、2% 硫酸アンモニウム(AMS)の存在下で2,4−Dおよびグリホサートの可溶性塩を含有する散布液へのCIの添加によって、CIを使用しなかった個々の対照と比較した場合、結晶の生成が顕著に減少したかまたはなくなった。
Claims (8)
- 2,4−Dの水溶性塩およびグリホサートの水溶性塩を含有する除草剤水溶液の相溶性を改善する方法であって、前記水溶液は、NH4 +、Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Cu2+、Mn2+およびZn2+からなる群から選択される1またはそれ以上の無機陽イオンを含有し、前記除草剤水溶液はpH6.5未満であり、前記除草剤水溶液に1またはそれ以上のポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤を添加する工程を含む、方法。
- 2,4−Dもしくはグリホサートの水溶性塩、および1またはそれ以上のポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤、およびNH4 +、Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Cu2+、Mn2+およびZn2+からなる群から選択される1またはそれ以上の無機陽イオンを含有する相溶性が改善されたpH6.5未満の除草剤水溶液。
- 濃縮物である、請求項2に記載の除草剤水溶液。
- 前記ポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤が、前記濃縮物の0.05から10重量%である、請求項3に記載の水性除草剤濃縮物。
- 散布液である、請求項2に記載の除草剤水溶液。
- 前記ポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶阻害剤が、前記散布アイソレーションの0.001から5重量%である、請求項5に記載の水性除草剤散布液。
- 1またはそれ以上のポリエチレンイミンもしくはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤、2,4−Dもしくはグリコホサートの水溶性塩、または2,4−Dおよびグリコホサートの水溶性塩の混合物を含む、乾燥除草剤組成物であって、前記乾燥除草剤組成物はpH6.5未満の除草剤水溶液に添加される、乾燥除草剤組成物。
- 前記ポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミン結晶化阻害剤が、前記組成物の0.05から10重量%である、請求項7に記載の乾燥除草剤組成物。
