Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法で製造される酸化物超電導線材のテープの軸方向に垂直な断面を示す概略図である。
(a)REを含む有機金属錯体溶液:REを含むトリフルオロ酢酸塩、ナフテン酸塩、オクチル酸塩、レブリン酸塩、ネオデカン酸塩、酢酸塩のいずれか1種以上を含む溶液、特に、REを含むトリフルオロ酢酸塩溶液であることが望ましい。
(b)Baを含む有機金属錯体溶液:Baを含むトリフルオロ酢酸塩の溶液
(c)Cuを含む有機金属錯体溶液:Cuを含むナフテン酸塩、オクチル酸塩、レブリン酸塩、ネオデカン酸塩、酢酸塩のいずれか1種以上を含む溶液
(d)Baと親和性の大きい金属を含む有機金属錯体溶液:Zr、Sn、Ce、Ti、Hf、Nbから選択された少なくとも1種以上の金属を含むトリフルオロ酢酸塩、ナフテン酸塩、オクチル酸塩、レブリン酸塩、ネオデカン酸塩、酢酸塩のいずれか1種以上を含む溶液
図2は、本発明の実施の形態に係るRE系酸化物超電導線材20の製造方法の概略を示す線材の断面図である。ここでは、超電導層としてYBCO超電導層を作製する場合を例に挙げて説明する。
図3及び4は、仮焼成熱処理工程B(図2参照)で使用される熱処理装置10の要部構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図4はその内部に配置される円筒状の回転体15を示す。

Claims (5)
- 長尺のテープ状の基板上に形成された中間層上に超電導原料溶液を塗布する塗布工程と、
塗布した溶液に仮焼成熱処理を施して仮焼成膜を作製する仮焼成熱処理工程と、
前記塗布工程と前記仮焼成熱処理工程とを繰り返すことにより仮焼成膜を積層することで、超電導層の前駆体を作製し、この前駆体に本焼成熱処理を施して超電導層を作製する本焼成熱処理工程とを有し、前記超電導層がREBayCu3Oz系(REは、Y、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd及びHoから選択された少なくとも1種以上の元素を示す)であるテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法であって、
前記溶液は、RE、Ba及びCuを含む有機金属錯体溶液と、磁束ピンニング点を形成するZr、Sn、Ce、Ti、Hf、Nbのうち少なくとも一つの添加元素を含む有機金属錯体溶液とからなり、
前記仮焼成熱処理工程は、バッチ型の電気炉内で、前記中間層上に塗布された前記溶液を熱処理して仮焼成膜を作製し、
前記仮焼成熱処理工程では、前記電気炉内で、室温と同じ温度から初期仮焼成温度まで徐々に上昇させた後、前記初期仮焼成温度から仮焼成熱処理温度の最高温度350〜400℃に至るまで、酸素ガスを前記電気炉内に導入しつつ前記室温と同じ温度から前記初期仮焼成温度に至るまでの温度上昇の傾きの平均よりも緩い傾きで段階的に温度を上昇させて前記仮焼成膜を作製する、
ことを特徴とするテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。 - 前記仮焼成熱処理において熱処理開始から最高温度に到達するまでの熱処理時間は、1〜10時間前である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。 - 前記仮焼成熱処理において熱処理開始から最高温度に到達するまでの熱処理時間は、2〜7時間前である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。 - 前記仮焼成熱処理工程のバッチ型の電気炉は内部に円筒状体を備えてなり、該円筒状体に被熱処理物を巻きまわして仮焼熱処理を行う、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。 - 前記本焼成熱処理工程はバッチ型の電気炉にて熱処理する工程である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状RE系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。
