また、本発明に係る非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法は、前記黒鉛粒子のラマン値が0.7〜0.92の範囲内にあることが好ましい。
更に、本発明に係る非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法は、前記黒鉛粒子のラマン値が0.8〜0.9の範囲内にあることが好ましい。
受入性のほか、含浸性にも優れたものとなり、特に、これまで電解液を十分に含浸させる
のに長時間を要していたが、それよりも短時間で十分に電解液が浸透する水電解質二次電
池用負極の製造方法および、その負極を備える非水電解質二次電池の製造方法を提供することが可能になる。

- 黒鉛粒子及び結着材が溶媒に分散されたペーストが負極集電体に塗布され、前記黒鉛粒子に磁場配向を行うことにより、黒鉛粒子のエッジ面が集電体と略平行な状態になっている非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法において、
前記黒鉛粒子は、ラマンR値を0.5以上とするエッジ面比率の大きいものであり、ラマンR値が更に0.5〜0.95の範囲内にあり、且つアスペクト比が1.5〜5.0の範囲内にあることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載する非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法において、
前記黒鉛粒子は、前記負極集電体に塗布したペーストに対して磁場を印加することにより配向されたものであることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載する非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法において、
前記黒鉛粒子は、そのアスペクト比が2.0〜4.0の範囲内にあることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載する非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法において、
前記黒鉛粒子は、そのラマンR値が0.7〜0.92の範囲内にあることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載する非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法において、
前記黒鉛粒子は、そのラマンR値が0.8〜0.9の範囲内にあることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法。 - 前記請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載する非水電解質二次電池用負極の製造方法により生産された非水電解質二次電池用負極を使用し、その負極と正極とをセパレータを介して重ねて捲回された捲回電極体を電池ケース内に収容し、密封状態の前記電池ケース内に電解液を注入することを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池の製造方法。
