Claims (3)
- 平均粒径10〜100nmのナノ結晶磁性粒子の表面に、ガラス転移温度が300〜800℃のガラスよりなる1〜20nmの厚さの電気的絶縁層をコーティングした後、
ガラス転移温度より100〜600℃低い加熱成形温度で加圧成形することにより、ナノ結晶磁性粒子を緻密化するとともに、
ナノ結晶磁性粒子間に電気的絶縁層を均一に介在させることを特徴とするナノ結晶磁性体の製造方法。 - 前記ガラスとして典型的にSiO 2 ガラスを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ結晶磁性体の製造方法。
- ナノ結晶磁性粒子間に、ガラスよりなる電気絶縁層を指数則クリープにより変形させながら均一に分散させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のナノ結晶磁性体の製造方法。
