Description
本出願は、2014年3月5日に出願されたアメリカ合衆国出願第61/948,276号の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示内容の全体が参考としてこの明細書に組み込まれている。
鉄−コバルト系三元合金のコア;
前記コアを被覆しているケイ素酸化物のシェル;及び
前記コアと前記シェルとの間の領域にある金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイス。
ここで、三元合金の第3の成分が、スカンジウム、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、ニッケル、銅、及び亜鉛からなる群から選択された遷移金属であり、ナノ粒子の粒径が2〜200nmであり、かつ金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイスの金属ケイ酸塩が、ケイ酸鉄、ケイ酸コバルト、及び第3の成分である遷移金属のケイ酸塩のうちの少なくとも1種類を含む。
鉄塩、コバルト塩、及び遷移金属の塩のそれぞれを、アルカリ性アルコール溶液に溶かし、前記鉄塩、前記コバルト塩、及び鉄とコバルト以外の前記遷移金属塩の溶液を取得すること;前記溶液を還元剤で処理して、鉄−コバルト系三元合金のナノ粒子を生成させること;前記合金粒子をケイ素酸化物のシェルで被覆して、コア−シェルナノ粒子を取得すること;得られたコア−シェルナノ粒子を単離及び乾燥させること。
鉄塩、コバルト塩、及び鉄とコバルト以外の遷移金属塩のそれぞれをリガンドの存在下でアルカリ性アルコール溶液に溶かしてこれら金属塩の溶液を取得すること;
前記溶液を還元剤で処理して鉄−コバルト系三元合金のナノ粒子を生成させること;
前記合金粒子をケイ素酸化物のシェルで被覆してコア−シェルナノ粒子を取得し、得られたコア−シェルナノ粒子を単離及び乾燥させること。
Claims (10)
- 下記を備えるコア−シェルナノ粒子であって:
鉄−コバルト系三元合金のコア;
前記コアを被覆しているケイ素酸化物のシェル;及び
前記コアと前記シェルとの間の領域にある金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイス;
前記三元合金の第3の成分が、スカンジウム、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、ニッケル、銅、及び亜鉛からなる群より選択される遷移金属であり、
前記ナノ粒子の粒径が2〜200nmであり、
前記金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイスの金属ケイ酸塩が、ケイ酸鉄、ケイ酸コバルト、及び第3の成分である遷移金属のケイ酸塩のうちの少なくとも1種類を含む、
コア−シェルナノ粒子。 - 前記金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイスが磁気活性を有する、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイスがケイ酸鉄及びケイ酸コバルトを含む、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記インターフェイスの領域の幅が0.1〜10nmである、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記鉄−コバルト系三元合金が鉄−コバルト−バナジウム合金である、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイスが、ケイ酸鉄、ケイ酸コバルト、及びケイ酸バナジウムを含む、請求項5に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記鉄−コバルト系三元合金が鉄−コバルト−クロム合金である、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記金属ケイ酸塩インターフェイスが、ケイ酸鉄、ケイ酸コバルト、及びケイ酸クロムを含む、請求項5に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記シェルのケイ素酸化物が二酸化ケイ素である、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
- 前記ナノ粒子の粒径が2〜160nmである、請求項1に記載のコア−シェルナノ粒子。
