Description
前記先行段(N+1)から前記現在段(N)への変速が行われるとき、前記先行段(N+1)で締結されていたクラッチを、後行段の変速命令発生の時点の後にも締結状態で持続的に維持するクラッチ維持段階(S10)と、
前記後行段の変速命令発生以後に、前記クラッチを解除するクラッチ解除段階(S30)と、
前記クラッチ解除段階(S30)以後に、前記後行段の変速ギアを締結するギア締結段階(S40)と、
を含み、
前記クラッチ維持段階(S10)のうちに、前記先行段(N+1)の変速ギアを解除するギア解除段階(S20)をさらに含み、
前記先行段(N+1)で締結されたクラッチを解除しないで、後行段の変速直前までそのまま維持し、後行段変速のために変速ギアを噛み合わせる直前にクラッチを解除させることを特徴とする。
前記先行段(N+1)の解除は、前記先行段(N+1)の変速ギアが連結された入力軸に提供された動力を断続するクラッチが締結された状態で、前記先行段(N+1)の変速ギアを解除することによってなされ、
前記後行段での変速は、前記先行段(N+1)から締結されていた前記クラッチを解除し、前記後行段の変速ギアを締結することによってなされ、
前記先行段(N+1)で締結されたクラッチを解除しないで、後行段の変速直前までそのまま維持し、後行段変速のために変速ギアを噛み合わせる直前にクラッチを解除させることを特徴とする。
すなわち、先行段(N+1)が解除された状態で、後行段がまだ締結されていない状態なので、自由回転が可能な状態の入力軸を回転させることができるほどのトルクだけ伝達すれば良いものである。

Claims (3)
- 車両の減速によって先行段(N+1)から現在段(N)及び後行段に変速段を徐々に下げる一連の変速を行うにあたり、
前記先行段(N+1)から前記現在段(N)への変速が行われるとき、前記先行段(N+1)で締結されていたクラッチを、後行段の変速命令発生の時点の後にも締結状態で持続的に維持するクラッチ維持段階(S10)と、
前記後行段の変速命令発生以後に、前記クラッチを解除するクラッチ解除段階(S30)と、
前記クラッチ解除段階(S30)以後に、前記後行段の変速ギアを締結するギア締結段階(S40)と、
を含み、
前記クラッチ維持段階(S10)のうちに、前記先行段(N+1)の変速ギアを解除するギア解除段階(S20)をさらに含み、
前記先行段(N+1)で締結されたクラッチを解除しないで、後行段の変速直前までそのまま維持し、後行段変速のために変速ギアを噛み合わせる直前にクラッチを解除させることを特徴とする車両のダブルクラッチ変速機制御方法。 - 車両の減速によって先行段(N+1)から現在段(N)及び後行段に変速段を徐々に下げる一連の変速を行うにあたり、

前記先行段(N+1)で締結されたクラッチを解除しないで、後行段の変速直前までそのまま維持し、後行段変速のために変速ギアを噛み合わせる直前にクラッチを解除させることを特徴とする車両のダブルクラッチ変速機制御方法。 - 前記先行段(N+1)と前記後行段の間である前記現在段(N)には、前記先行段(N+1)で締結されたクラッチが続いて締結された状態を維持することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のダブルクラッチ変速機制御方法。
