Claims (5)
- (a)繊維強化複合材から成る平板状の繊維強化複合板を一対の金型を備える成形装置によって成形する成形方法であって、
(b)前記繊維強化複合板を、その表面又は裏面の少なくとも一方に平板状の金属板を当接させた状態で、該金属板を誘導加熱によって加熱することにより間接的に加熱し、前記一対の金型の間に挟み込んで成形を行い、
(c)成形後に前記金属板を前記繊維強化複合板から取り外すことを特徴とする繊維強化複合板の成形方法。 - 前記繊維強化複合板を所定の温度にまで加熱した後に、前記金型を作動させて型締めを行い、該型締めを継続しながら前記繊維強化複合板を冷却する請求項1に記載の繊維強化複合板の成形方法。
- 前記繊維強化複合板の温度を前記所定の温度に上昇させた後、前記型締めの初期までは、前記所定の温度を維持するように前記繊維強化複合板を加熱する請求項2に記載の繊維強化複合板の成形方法。
- 前記繊維強化複合板は、強化材としての繊維に母材としての樹脂を含浸させた板状の複合材である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化複合板の成形方法。
- 前記繊維強化複合板の成形は、曲げ成形又は絞り成形である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化複合板の成形方法。
