Claims (9)
- サンプルと試薬とが混合した反応液を収めたセルを円周上に保持し、回転と停止を繰り返すセルディスクと、
光源と、
前記セルディスクの回転中に前記光源からの照射光が前記セル中の反応液に照射されることによる散乱光をそれぞれ異なる角度で受光する複数の光学系と、
前記複数の光学系から導かれた光を受光する散乱光受光器とを有し、
前記複数の光学系は、前記セルディスクの回転方向に垂直な面内に配置されている
ことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、前記セルディスクの回転面に垂直な方向から見たとき、前記照射光の光軸と前記光学系による散乱光受光光軸とのなす角度が±17.7°以内であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、前記複数の光学系は、透過光が通過するセル壁と同じセル壁を通過した散乱光を受光することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、前記複数の光学系のうち少なくとも1つは、暗環とそれに続く明環の間の散乱光を受光することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項4記載の自動分析装置において、前記暗環と前記明環は第1暗環及び第1明環であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、前記複数の光学系のうち第1の光学系を散乱角度30°以下の散乱光を受光する位置に配置し、第2の光学系を散乱角30°〜50°の散乱光を受光する位置に配置したことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- サンプルと試薬とが混合した反応液を収めたセルを円周上に保持し、回転と停止を繰り返すセルディスクと、
光源と、第1の光学系と、第2の光学系と、を備え、前記セルディスクの回転中に前記光源からの照射光を前記セルに照射し、前記セル中の反応液による散乱光を、前記第1の光学系と、前記第2の光学系と、で受光する、ことで前記散乱光を測定する散乱光測定部と、を有し、
前記第2の光学系は、前記セルディスクの回転面に対する上下方向において、前記第1の光学系よりも上に配置され、
前記第1の光学系と、前記第2の光学系と、はそれぞれ異なる散乱角度の前記散乱光を受光して前記散乱光測定部に導く、ことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - サンプルと試薬とが混合した反応液を収めたセルを円周上に保持し、回転と停止を繰り返すセルディスクと、
光源と、複数の光学系と、を備え、前記セルディスクの回転中に前記光源からの照射光を前記セルに照射し、前記セル中の反応液による散乱光を前記複数の光学系で受光する、ことで前記散乱光を測定する散乱光測定部と、を有し、
前記複数の光学系は、前記セルディスクの回転面に対する上下方向に配置され、それぞれ異なる散乱角度の前記散乱光を受光して前記散乱光測定部に導く、ことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 前記光学系は、ファイバ又はレンズである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の自動分析装置。
