Claims (7)
- 空洞内にワックスを射出することによって、ターボ機械のブレードのモデルを製造するための金型であって、空洞は、ターボ機械のブレードの少なくとも内弧面および外弧面をそれぞれ形成し、空洞ブロック(6、11)内で各々が支持されている、少なくとも2つの空洞要素からなり、2つの空洞ブロックは、手動またはモータなどによる移動開始手段によって駆動されることにより、ワックスを射出するための閉鎖位置と、ワックスの射出に続く部品取り出しのための開放位置との間で、水平移動面内を互いに対して移動可能であり、前記移動開始手段が、空洞ブロックのベースを形成する1つの固定ベースプレート(4)と、固定ベースプレートに対して並進的に移動可能な1つのプレート(9)と、移動可能なプレート(9)と固定ベースプレート(4)との間の相対変位によってブロックの相対変位をもたらす機構とを含むことを特徴とする、前記金型。
- その機構が突起部(31、32、33)を含み、各々が空洞ブロック(6、7、11)と一体になっており、固定ベースプレート(4)に配置されたスロット(29、30、62)内、および固定ベースプレート(4)に対して並進的に移動可能なプレート(9)内に配置されたスロット(23、24)内を案内され、移動可能なプレートの変位が突起部によってブロックの変位をもたらす、請求項1に記載の金型。
- その空洞ブロックが円弧を描くように移動可能である、請求項1または2に記載の金型。
- ワックスを射出するための閉鎖位置とワックスの射出に続く部品取り出しのための開放位置との間で前記少なくとも2つの空洞要素に対して移動可能な他の1つの空洞ブロック内に支持される第三空洞要素を含み、第三空洞要素は、ターボ機械のブレードの場合に、前記ブレードの基部を形成する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- 空洞ブロックによって支持されるその第三空洞要素は並進的に移動可能である、請求項4に記載の金型。
- 空洞要素の開放時に空洞から部品(20)を取り出すための部品排出装置(12)を含み、機構は部品排出装置(12)を駆動する手段を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の金型。
- ブロックの変位を移動可能なプレートの変位とは無関係にするように、移動可能なプレートから空洞ブロックを分離する手段を含む、請求項1に記載の金型。
