Claims (9)
- トルクを実質的に無段階に調節可能に伝達するCVT型トランスミッションであって、
軸方向で第1の対向円盤(28)に対して相対的に可動な第1の可動円盤(32)を有する入力側の第1の円錐円盤対(26)と、
軸方向で第2の対向円盤(38)に対して相対的に可動な第2の可動円盤(40)を有する出力側の第2の円錐円盤対(36)と、
前記第1の円錐円盤対(26)と前記第2の円錐円盤対(36)とにより収容される、前記第1の円錐円盤対(26)から前記第2の円錐円盤対(36)へとトルクを伝達する巻き掛け手段(22)と、
前記巻き掛け手段(22)を前記第1の対向円盤(28)と前記第1の可動円盤(32)との間でクランプする、電動式の第1の調節装置(30)と、
前記巻き掛け手段(22)を前記第2の対向円盤(38)と前記第2の可動円盤(40)との間でクランプする、電動式の第2の調節装置(42)と、
を備え、前記第2の調節装置(42)は、前記巻き掛け手段(22)のプリロードを変更するために、前記第1の調節装置(30)とは独立的に操作可能であり、
トランスミッションハウジング(12)を備え、
前記第1の円錐円盤対(26)及び/又は前記第2の円錐円盤対(36)の軸方向力及び/又は半径方向力を受容する支持ケージ(44)を備え、該支持ケージ(44)は前記トランスミッションハウジング(12)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、CVT型トランスミッション。 - 前記トランスミッションハウジング(12)は、前記巻き掛け手段(22)を囲繞し、少なくとも部分的に、該巻き掛け手段(22)を潤滑かつ冷却する潤滑媒体で満たされている、請求項1記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
- 前記トランスミッションハウジング(12)及び/又は前記支持ケージ(44)は少なくとも2つのシェルから形成されている、請求項1又は2記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
- 前記支持ケージ(44)は、振動ダンパ(80)を介して前記トランスミッションハウジング(12)に支持されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
- 前記第2の円錐円盤対(36)に連結される伝動装置を備え、該伝動装置は、前記トランスミッションハウジング(12)及び/又は前記支持ケージ(44)内に配置され、前記支持ケージ(44)に結合されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
- 前記第1の可動円盤(32)から加えられる軸方向力を測定する第1の軸方向力センサ(68)及び/又は前記第2の可動円盤(40)から加えられる軸方向力を測定する第2の軸方向力センサを備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
- 前記第1の調節装置(30)は、軸方向の延在長さL1及び半径方向の延在長さD1を有する第1のモータハウジングを有し、ここでD1/L1は、1.0≦D1/L1≦5.0であり、かつ/又は前記第2の調節装置(42)は、軸方向の延在長さL2及び半径方向の延在長さD2を有する第2のモータハウジングを有し、ここでD2/L2は、1.0≦D2/L2≦5.0である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
- 前記第1の調節装置(30)は、セルフロック式の第1のねじ駆動装置である第1の遊星転動型ねじ山付きスピンドルドライブ(66)を介して前記第1の可動円盤(32)に連結されており、前記第1のねじ駆動装置は、第1のスピンドルラジアル軸受(75)を介して第1の可動円盤(32)に支持されており、かつ/又は
前記第2の調節装置(42)は、セルフロック式の第2のねじ駆動装置である第2の遊星転動型ねじ山付きスピンドルドライブを介して前記第2の可動円盤(40)に連結されており、前記第2のねじ駆動装置は、第2のスピンドルラジアル軸受を介して前記第2の可動円盤(40)に支持されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のCVT型トランスミッション。 - 前記第1の対向円盤(28)は、ころ軸受として形成される第1の対向円盤スラスト軸受(54)を介して支持されており、かつ/又は
前記第2の対向円盤(38)は、ころ軸受として形成される第2の対向円盤スラスト軸受を介して支持されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のCVT型トランスミッション。
