Claims (13)
- 端部を有する少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)からベアリングリング(14、34、36)を製造するための方法であって、前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)を少なくとも1つのベアリングセグメントの形に成形するステップと、前記少なくとも1つのリングセグメントをフラッシュバット溶接してリングを作るステップと、を含む方法において、
フラッシュバット溶接する前記ステップの前に、前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)の、フラッシュバット溶接しようとする表面(12a、12b)に隣接する表面(12c、12d)の少なくとも一部(C)を浸炭させるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼の、フラッシュバット溶接しようとする表面(12a、12b)の少なくとも一部(C)を浸炭させるステップも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 浸炭させる前記ステップが、前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)を前記少なくとも1つのリングセグメントの形に成形するステップの前に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複数の棒鋼(12)を複数のリングセグメントの形に成形するステップを含み、前記複数のリングセグメントが互いにフラッシュバット溶接されてリングが形成された場合、各リングセグメントは、前記リングの50%、25%、15%または15%未満の区間を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)が前記少なくとも1つのリングセグメントの形に成形される前に、当該少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)の外形を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 浸炭させる前記ステップが、
前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼の、フラッシュバット溶接しようとする表面(12a、12b)に隣接する表面(12c、12d)の少なくとも一部と、
前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼の、フラッシュバット溶接しようとする表面(12a、12b)に隣接する表面(12c、12d)全体と、
前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼の全表面(12a、12b、12c、12d)と、
のうちの少なくとも1つを浸炭させることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)が、0.1から1.1重量%の炭素含有量を持つ鋼材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)が、0.2から0.7重量%の炭素含有量を持つ鋼材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの棒鋼(12)が、0.2から0.4重量%の炭素含有量を持つ鋼材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- フラッシュバット溶接する前記ステップの後に、溶接された前記ベアリングリングの表面に前記フラッシュバット溶接に起因して堆積した溶接堆積物(22)を除去するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの棒鋼を少なくとも1つのリングセグメントの形に成形し、且つ、前記少なくとも1つのリングセグメントの端
部をフラッシュバット溶接することによって製造されたベアリングリング(14、34、36)において、
フラッシュバット溶接継手部(22)を通る半径方向の断面(24)が、前記フラッシュバット溶接継手部(22)で浸炭深さ(35)が増大していることを示していることを特徴とするベアリングリング。 - ベアリング(32)の内リング(34)又は外リング(36)を構成することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のベアリングリング。
- 請求項11または12に記載のベアリングリング(34、36)を備えることを特徴とするベアリング(32)。
