Claims (9)
- 複数の積層された燃料電池ユニットと少なくとも1つのスタック終端要素(3)から形成される燃料電池スタック(1)であって、前記積層された燃料電池ユニットがハウジング(2)により取り囲まれた燃料電池スタック(1)において、
少なくとも1つの前記スタック終端要素(3)及び前記ハウジング(2)の端面に配置されているフレーム要素(4)により、そして前記フレーム要素(4)の範囲内で少なくとも前記スタック終端要素(3)と前記ハウジング(2)との間に配置されている少なくとも1つのシール(5)により、および、前記スタック終端要素(3)の端面が前記スタック終端要素(3)の周囲を巡る曲げられた縁によって形成されており、前記スタック終端要素(3)の端面は前記ハウジング(2)の端面と平行に前記積層された燃料電池ユニットの積層方向へ延びることにより特徴づけられる、燃料電池スタック(1)。 - 前記フレーム要素(4)が、前記スタック終端要素(3)の端面及び前記ハウジング(2)の端面に嵌め合い結合及び/又は材料結合により固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記フレーム要素(4)がU字形輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記U字形輪郭の脚の長さが、前記スタック終端要素(3)の曲げられた端面の長さに対応することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記脚の間に、それぞれU字形輪郭を有する互いに平行に配向された2つのシール(5)が配置されており、一方の前記シール(5)が前記スタック終端要素(3)の端面を取り囲み、かつ他方の前記シール(5)が前記ハウジング(2)の端面を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記シール(5)の前記U字形輪郭が、前記スタック終端要素(3)の端面及び前記ハウジング(2)の端面の形状及び/又は外寸に対応して構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(2)の方向を向く、前記スタック終端要素(3)の端面の表面側に、シール(5)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- クランプ装置を収容するために前記シール(5)が凹所を有し、前記クランプ装置が少なくとも前記凹所の範囲内で電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記シール(5)がゴム、発泡体、ポリ塩化ビニル、熱可塑性ポリウレタン及び/又は熱可塑性ポリマーから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
