Description
前述とおり、公知技術には霧化器の仕切り方式が多く提供されているが、残念ながら、霧化器の振動を抑制することができないばかりでなく、液体または薬液と霧化器の接合場所、または圧電アクチュエータとの接触を避けることができないため、汚染または破壊の恐れがあるため、これを改善する必要がある。

Claims (5)
- 2つの気室を備えた全密封式圧電霧化モジュールであって、
中心部に第1とおり穴を設け、内部に第1環状シール材通路を設け、前記第1環状シール材通路にて、少なくとも一つの第1位置決めバンプを設ける第1ケーシングと、
中心部に第2とおり穴を設け、内部に第2環状シール材通路を設け、前記第2環状シール材通路にて、少なくとも一つの第2位置決めバンプを設ける第2ケーシングと、
面一に注入する技術を用いてシール材を前記第1環状シール材通路と前記第2環状シール材通路に塗布し、周縁部をそれぞれ前記第1位置決めバンプと前記第2位置決めバンプに組み込んで接着固定することによって、前記第1ケーシングと、前記第2ケーシングを密閉したシール状態に形成すると共に、前記第1ケーシングと、前記第2ケーシングを第1気室と第2気室に仕切る圧電霧化モジュールと、を備え、前記第1ケーシングの表面に第1チェック穴を設け、前記第2ケーシングの表面に第2チェック穴を設けることを特徴とする、2つの気室を備えた全密封式圧電霧化モジュール。 - 前記第1ケーシングの外壁表面にて少なくとも一つの嵌め溝を凹設すると共に、前記第2ケーシングの外壁表面はこれらの前記嵌め溝に対応して、少なくとも一つの係着部が延設され、前記第2ケーシングは前記係着部によって、前記第1ケーシングの前記嵌め溝に係着固定することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の2つの気室を備えた全密封式圧電霧化モジュール。
- 前記第1ケーシングの内部に複数の第1肋材を設けていて、かつ前記第1とおり穴の円心を中心として等間隔の放射状分布に設置し、前記第2ケーシングの内部に複数の第2肋材を設けていて、かつ前記第2とおり穴の円心を中心として等間隔の放射状分布に設置する、請求項1記載の2つの気室を備えた全密封式圧電霧化モジュール。
- 前記第1ケーシングが前記第1とおり穴との隣接場所にアーチ面デザインを形成していて、かつ前記第2ケーシングの外面が前記第2とおり穴に隣接する場所もアーチ面デザインを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の2つの気室を備えた全密封式圧電霧化モジュール。
- 前記圧電式霧化モジュールと前記第1とおり穴との間に使用される密封シール材と、前記圧電式霧化モジュールと前記第2とおり穴との間で使用されるシール材の両表面とも外側に延在したアーチ面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の2つの気室を備えた全密封式圧電霧化モジュール。
