Claims (19)
- 構造用パネル及び振動発生器を格納する台座であって、前記構造用パネルは、入口面、出口面、前記入口面の表面から延伸する凸部、及び第1貫通孔を有し、前記第1貫通孔は前記構造用パネルを貫通し、前記振動発生器は、前記構造用パネルと結合して前記構造用パネルを振動させる、台座と、
液体薬剤を供給する容器であって、前記容器は前記台座と取り外し可能に係合されており、前記液体薬剤がエアロゾル化の間に通過する複数の第2貫通孔が形成された膜を有する容器と、
を有し、
前記容器が前記台座に係合しているときに、前記容器の前記膜は前記入口面の表面から延伸する前記凸部に接触し、
前記振動発生器は、前記膜が自由形態運動をし、前記液体薬剤がエアロゾル化して、前記構造用パネルの前記出口面から排出されるように、前記入口面の前記凸部を介して前記膜を振動させ、
前記膜は、ポリイミド、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)の集合から選択される、高分子化合物を含んでおり、
前記凸部の高さが0.1mmよりも大きい、
エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記容器が前記台座に係合しているとき、前記入口面の表面から延伸する前記凸部は、前記膜を、前記凸部の高さ以下の距離の分だけ内側に押し動かす、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記容器が前記台座に係合しているとき、前記凸部が前記膜を内側に推し進める距離を調整する調整装置(gear)をさらに含む、
請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記凸部が前記膜を内側に押し進めたときに、前記入口面と前記膜の間に隙間が形成される、
請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記構造用パネルにはさらに前記入口面にあり、かつ前記凸部を囲んで環状に延伸する平面部分が含まれ、前記隙間は前記平面部分に対応する、
請求項4に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記容器は、エアロゾル化循環後に前記台座と分離して、別の容器に交換される、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記構造用パネルには更に前記入口面にあり、かつ前記凸部を囲んで環状に延伸する平面部分を含み、前記容器と前記台座が係合したとき、前記膜の振動は前記平面部分の影響を受けない、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記構造用パネルと前記膜の間には粘着がない、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記台座と前記容器の中の少なくとも一つは、係合と解放が繰返せるロック手段を含む、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記容器と前記台座が係合したときに、前記複数の第2貫通孔が、前記入口面の表面から伸びる前記凸部の中心と一直線になる、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記容器と前記台座が係合したときに、前記膜が前記入口面の表面から伸びる前記凸部と直接接触する、
請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記凸部はさらに作動面を含み、そのサイズは前記膜のサイズより大きくなく、前記作動面は前記膜と対向して、前記凸部が前記膜と接触したときに、前記作動面は前記膜に振動を伝達する主な接触面となる、

前記容器が前記台座に係合しているときに、前記容器の前記膜は前記入口面の表面から延伸する前記凸部に接触し、
前記振動発生器は、前記薬剤がエアロゾル化して、前記構造用パネルの前記出口面から排出されるように、前記入口面の前記凸部を介して前記膜を振動させ、
前記凸部は、前記入口面に垂直な壁と、前記壁から前記凸部の中心に向けて一定の長さにわたって内側に延びており、前記入口面と平行な上表面を有しており、前記膜と接する前記上表面の一部は、前記振動発生器から前記膜に振動を伝達する作動面である、
