Abstract
Description
도 2a는 본 발명에 따른 에어로졸 생성 장치에 포함되어 있는 구성 중 진동으로 에어로졸을 생성시키는 구성들만 부각시켜서 나타낸 도면이다.
도 2b는 에어로졸이 생성되는 과정과 생성된 에어로졸이 이동하여 배출되는 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면을 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3a는 본 발명의 일 실시 예로서, 본체와 카트리지가 분리된 진동식 에어로졸 생성 장치를 도식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3b는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예로서, 본체와 카트리지가 결합된 진동식 에어로졸 생성 장치를 도식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (17)
- 프로세서의 제어신호를 통해 배터리로부터 전력을 공급받고 진동하는 진동부;
상기 진동부의 진동을 전달하는 진동전달부; 및
상기 진동전달부에서 전달된 진동에 의해 액상의 에어로졸 생성 기질로부터 에어로졸이 생성되는 액상이송체;를 포함하고,
상기 진동전달부는,
상기 진동부로부터 진동을 직접 전달받는 제1부분, 제1부분의 진동을 집중시켜 전달하는 제2부분 및 제2부분으로부터 진동을 전달받아 상기 액상이송체에 진동을 전달하는 제3부분이 일체화되어 구성되고,
상기 제3부분의 폭은,
상기 제2부분의 폭보다 더 큰 폭으로 형성된, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1부분의 폭은,
상기 제3부분의 폭보다 더 큰 폭으로 형성된, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진동부의 폭과 상기 제1부분의 폭과 동일한, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액상이송체가 상기 진동전달부로부터 이격되어 있을 때, 상기 진동전달부에 남아있는 액상의 이탈을 방지하도록 상기 진동전달부의 외측면에 형성된 격벽을 더 포함하는, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은,
스프링부재와 결합되어 높이가 변경가능한, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장치는,
상기 에어로졸 생성 기질을 저장하는 액체저장부를 더 포함하고,
상기 액체저장부는,
상기 진동전달부에 의해 상기 액상이송체가 일정거리를 이동한 결과로 개방되어, 상기 에어로졸 생성 기질을 액상이송체에 공급하는, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액체저장부는,
상기 액상이송체가 이동함에 따라, 상기 액체저장부에 구비된 슬라이드식 격벽이 상기 액상이송체가 이동하는 방향으로 개방되는, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장치는,
상기 에어로졸 생성 기질을 저장하는 액체저장부를 더 포함하고,
본체와 카트리지의 결합으로 구성되고,
상기 본체는,
상기 배터리, 상기 프로세서, 상기 진동부 및 상기 진동전달부를 포함하고,
상기 카트리지는,
상기 액상이송체, 상기 액체저장부를 포함하는, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 본체는 상기 카트리지와 결합되기 위한 돌출부를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하고,
상기 카트리지는 상기 돌출부에 대응되는 함몰부를 포함하고,
상기 장치는,
상기 본체의 돌출부가 상기 카트리지의 함몰부에 삽입됨으로써 결합되고,
상기 돌출부는,
상기 액상이송체가 상기 진동전달부로부터 이격되어 있을 때, 상기 진동전달부에 남아있는 액상의 이탈을 방지하도록, 상기 진동전달부에 인접하여 돌출된, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진동부는,
전극에 연결되어 상기 배터리로부터 전력을 공급받고,
상기 전극은,
사용자에 입력에 따라 길이가 조절되면서, 상기 액상이송체가 상기 진동전달부로부터 이격된 상태에서, 상기 진동전달부에 남아있는 액상의 이탈을 방지하도록 설치된, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 사용자의 입력은,
상기 에어로졸 생성 장치에 구비된 버튼에 대한 입력인, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진동부는,
기설정된 초음파 범위에서 선택된 주파수로 진동하는, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 기설정된 범위는,
100kHz 내지 3MHz인, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액상이송체는,
상기 진동에 의해 생성된 에어로졸이 배출되도록 5um 내지 10um 에서 선택된 크기의 미세구멍을 포함하는, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1부분의 폭에 대한 제3부분의 폭의 비율은 기설정된 값보다 크고, 1보다는 작은, 개선된 진동전달부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 삭제
