Description
−携帯用電子デバイスの本体を形成する可塑性材料の層を、第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルムの外面上にオーバー成形するステップ;
−第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルムの内面側に、情報を処理するための電子アセンブリを設置するステップ;及び
−第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム上に第2の不浸透性可塑性フィルムを固定して、第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルムと第2の不浸透性可塑性フィルムとの間に、情報を処理するための電子アセンブリを格納する不浸透性嚢状部を画定するステップ。

Claims (2)
- 情報を処理できる携帯用電子デバイス(1)の製造方法であって、
前記携帯用電子デバイス(1)は、ユーザに固定できるよう配設される本体(2)、及び情報を処理するための少なくとも1つの電子アセンブリ(16)を含み、
前記携帯用電子デバイス(1)の前記本体(2)は、前記携帯用電子デバイス(1)に形状及び厚さを付与する可塑性材料の層で形成され、
前記方法は、以下のステップ:
−前記携帯用電子デバイス(1)の前記本体(2)を形成する可塑性材料の層を、第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(4)の外面上にオーバー成形するステップ;
−前記第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(4)の内面側に、前記情報を処理するための電子アセンブリ(16)を設置するステップ;及び
−前記第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(4)上に第2の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(36)を固定して、前記第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(4)と前記第2の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(36)との間に、前記情報を処理するための電子アセンブリ(16)を格納する不浸透性嚢状部(40)を画定するステップ
を含むことを特徴とする、携帯用電子デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記携帯用電子デバイスの前記本体を形成する前記可塑性材料を成形する前記ステップの前に、前記第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(4)を熱成形して、前記第1の不浸透性可塑性フィルム(4)に所望の外形を付与することからなるステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯用電子デバイスの製造方法。
