Claims (3)
- 排気過給機軸受筐体(1)であって、
圧縮機側筐体フランジ(2)を有し、
前記筐体フランジ(2)に一体的に接続され、油入口(20)および油出口(21)を有する油チャンバ(5)の第1の部分セクション(4)がその中に配設された中央筐体セクション(3)を有し、
タービン側筐体フランジ(7)を有し、前記油チャンバ(5)の第2の部分セクション(8)をその中に配設した、タービン側筐体セクション(6)を有し、
前記中央筐体セクション(3)および前記タービン側筐体セクション(6)は、油冷却ダクト(13)を備え、
前記油冷却ダクト(13)がオーバーフロー(10)を介して前記油チャンバ(5)に接続され、
前記油冷却ダクト(13)が、前記オーバーフロー(10)から前記油出口(21)へと蛇行する様式で通る3つのダクトセクション(13A、13B、13C)を有し、
油入口ダクト(11、12)が設けられた軸受スリーブ(9)が、軸受筐体(1)の中央筐体セクション(3)とタービン側筐体セクション(6)の中に挿入され、当該軸受スリーブ(9)並びに前記中央筐体セクション(3)及びタービン側筐体セクション(6)が、前記油チャンバを区切り、前記軸受スリーブ(9)は、前記油チャンバ(5)から前記油冷却ダクト(13)を分離させる、排気過給機軸受筐体(1)。 - 前記油冷却ダクト(13)が前記油入口(20)から分岐して出て、前記油出口(21)内に開口する、請求項1に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 前記油冷却ダクト(13)内の貫流速度が、前記油冷却ダクト(13)の断面積によって決定される、請求項1に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
