Claims (10)
- 排気ターボ過給機の軸受筐体(1)であって、
圧縮機側筐体フランジ(2)を有し、
前記筐体フランジ(2)に一体的に接続され、油チャンバ(5)の第1の部分セクション(4)がその中に配設された中央筐体セクション(3)を有し、
タービン側筐体フランジ(7)を有し、前記油チャンバ(5)の第2の部分セクション(8)が その中に形成されるタービン側筐体セクション(6)を有し、
前記中央筐体セクション(3)および前記タービン側筐体セクション(6)は、一体として形成され、
別個の構成要素を形成する軸受スリーブ(9)は、前記中央筐体セクション(3)へ、および前記タービン側筐体セクション(6)へ挿入され、これらにより前記油チャンバ(5)を区切り、
前記油チャンバ(5)から分離され、前記タービン側筐体セクション(6)および前記軸受スリーブ(9)によって区切られた水チャンバ(10)を有する、軸受筐体(1)。 - 前記軸受スリーブ(9)が、油流入ダクト(11、12)を備える、請求項1に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 前記軸受スリーブ(9)が、組み立てられた状態で、前記中央筐体セクション(3)およびタービン側筐体セクション(6)内に、一方がもう一方の後に整列して挿入される2つのスリーブ部分に分けられる、請求項1または2に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 前記水チャンバ(10)は、半円形状設計である、請求項1に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 前記水チャンバ(10)が、2つの水出入口(13、14)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 前記水チャンバ(10)が、前記水出入口(13)およびアダプタ出入口(24)から成る、1つの出入口のみを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 前記タービン側筐体セクション(6)内に配設され、前記シャフト(16)に向かうその端部において、前記スリーブ(9)によって遮断される、熱分離チャンバ(25)を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の軸受筐体(1)。
- 排気ターボ過給機軸受筐体(1)を生産するための方法であって、
圧縮機側筐体フランジ(2)、油チャンバ(5)の第1の部分セクション(4)をともなう中央筐体セクション(3)、ならびにタービン側筐体フランジ(7)および前記油チャンバ(5)の第2の部分セクション(8)をともなうタービン側筐体セクション(6)によって形成される、単一片軸受筐体シェルを鋳造するステップと、
軸受スリーブ(9)を別個に生産するステップと、
前記軸受スリーブ(9)を前記軸受筐体シェル内へ挿入するステップと、を有し、
前記軸受筐体シェルの前記鋳造の手順の間に、前記タービン側筐体セクション(6)内に水チャンバ(10)が生産される、方法。 - 前記油チャンバ(5)および前記水チャンバ(10)を生成するために、組み合わせられた油/水中子(23)が使用される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 組み合わせられた油/水中子(23)として砂中子が使用される、請求項9に記載の方法。
